Bad Manners
Christopher the Account Controller are rude and can not even answer the phone in a proper manner and are not willing to help me regarding my debit order the way he spoke to me was terrible,i should have never joind this company i should have rather joing perfec****er

Bad service
I Would like to launch a formal complain against Moto Health Medical aid Main Member Mr R Vos I have been battling to get my baby on the medical aid for almost two months now i have send all the documents even clear copies as requested but still moto health has failed to render a service if something happens to my child and he has to go to hospital or gets sick i will keep Motohealth responsible for any cost as Moto Health Medical aid has a lack of customer service i have also nit received any feedback from the medical aid regarding adding my baby boy

Bad Service
Only deliverd one package to be told other one only on monday i am verry dissapointed with DSV now i have to wait till monday to get my phone i don't think this is very fair

Lack of Communication
I Have a Parcel with them awaiting for delivery,now my parcel has been sent back to the depot as per them they couldn't get hold of me but no one has attempt to contact me or sms me to deliver my parcel i have been waiting a week and tomorrow is a public holiday i am very disappointed

Bad Account Service
As per Ampath i have an Outstanding account i have spoken to a man he said he will email me the account but i still have not received, then they hand me over to vericredit collection i feel this is unfair i do not eve know how much i have out standing i don't even have the banking details or ref number to make payment

Bad Setvice
MTN WESTGATE I Went there on Sunday to pay my account as there where only two people working and the other where standing around and doing nothing I am paying for a service witch i am not happy about, my monthly subscription went up from March now they want to make it more expensive has MTN ever think about us and our financial problems I cant afford it anymore and now the bad service i have received and waited almost an hour to be assisted on Sunday at mtn Westgate just to pay my bill I do also have photos to prove my point

Bad Customer Service
I have been with Virgin Active Horizon View for many years i have decided to sign a new 2 year contract i have been in an areas i have paid my areas to full then suddenly to find out my new contracted has been messed up that i owe Virgin Active R4000 after i signed a new contract i am not happy about this service i have received i will not mention any consultants name but i want my stuff to be sorted or i will never ever recommend Virgin Active Horizon view to anybody

Worst service ever refusing to help a person let a person hold on for more than 1 hour to speak to sales all the branches close at 5 but still african bank are refusing to help over the phone
