I got a call from the call center after asking them not to call me to verify my mothly meds as I would @pack my meds' on whatsapp. I tried to do so and the med arent available to pack yet I have 1 mores script. Called the call center and theyu couldnt confirm repeats left, asked them to get someome to call me back so I can order and no one called me since Monday morning. When I call the call center i hold and hold and hols. I have tried even emailing Kaelo and Tableview pharmacy to pack my meds please. Can my meds be packs for tomorrow as this is chronic med and urgent
I have been trying to withdraw with no luck. I called and I emailed them to withdraw and I got an email with them attaching the Bonitas medical form. I would like to withdraw from curemed which was initially charging 280 and last month charged me 440 ( I cant afford that hike and wish to withdraw please). No one communicated the increase even so please
I recently cancelled my policy and asked my dependent to be the main member then I changed my mind against cancelling. I sent an email on 13/05/2025 advising I wish to reinstate and keep the dependent as is. No one is responding to my mail and SLA is 2 business days
I have a Dischem Health Insurance policy with them and I did tests at a Pathcare which appear as paid on the App yet I am getting debt collection call and email me from Pathcare about 336 I owe them. I have emailed and was advised that payment was made but Pathcare insists they were short paid and I need to know why urgently. Its not my first time fighting with Kaelo and Dischem and I have had it with them.
Ordered a blender successfully only to get a whatsApp a few days advisiing its not available. I have asked to be refunded and still no refund. Please process urgently # 5193
In September I called Netcare911 and I was shocked when I had to get pre-authorization ( was transferred to Kaelo to speak to a very dismissive lady) . Your agents are rude, Kaelo Health. Then to top it all off my claims are rejected. The ambulance was unpaid and then the team that diagnosed me with appendicitis is unpaid yet it is listed as a paid condition. Policy Number : KH81749
I got the shock of my life after getting a five hundred rand increase app**** to my premium. I called in and was told they increased my premiums cause it my anniversary. I explained that I am not working and asked for assistance with reducing and they said they cant reduce. I was transferred to retentions who also showed no empathy after I informed them that I was cancelling due to not affording. Mind you I have been covered for about 4 years with them but they were very quick to say " we have cancelled your policy and you will receive an email confirming" Guys, really? When your customer wants a reduction you just cancel ? Disgusted
On 03/04/2024 I sent a cancellation request to them and got an automated response acknowledging my request. It also read that an agent from retentions would call me however it has not happened. I then went on whatsApp to find out if cancellation went through and I was told no, that was Friday 19/04/2024. I got confirmation on that chat that someone would call but that has not happened. I want to cancel effective 03/04/2024 please.
I have been using Vodacom since 2020 and they do not disappoint with their mediocre service and promises they never keep. I had been down with my internet for almost 10 days, day 2 they said it was an outage then on day 5 I called again , the lady said I do not have an account and would call me back, never did. I had to call and eventually got assisted and I wanted to cancel my vodaco fibre at that point, 3 days later Technicians came to my place and fixed the issue( was not told what the prob was but was glad it was fixed). When i initially spoke to retentions they said we will restore the line then call you back and give you a better deal. Fast-forward 2 days after line was fixed I had to call in again , myself, cause Fibre retentions never called back. The lady who seemed distracted and confused helped me then eventually got me a deal match / something. She called on Monday confirming the deal match of 851 from the initial price I was paying of 700. She said an email would be sent. After 2 days i did receive an email confirming an upgrade on my line but for the same price of 700 Rand. I am tired guys of wasting my airtime , am not on Vodacom and my time calling about the same thing.
On 16.11.22 I called ABSA to cancel my cheque and was told to call retensions and did do. I spoke to a lady , think her name is Busi who authenticated me and in the end said theres a block on my account ( instant loan block- I cleared the amount through the app whilst on the call) , attempted twice to cancel and could not assist me further. She said I should go to the bank, I rush to go there before 15:30. At the tellers in Tableview I was assisted by Lavern who said the accoubt cant be cancelled and she does not know why. A co-worker tried to assist but he said there was nothing they could do and they could not really advised as they had not encountered the situation. She gave me her number to call this morning for her to check for me. Ive called her twice to no avail and then called Retentions again and spoke to the same lady ( called at 09:10) and she said " did I speak to you yesterday"? I explained that I was at the branch then she said " as per our conversation yesterday , they were to call me so I can assist then to sort out the account". I told her that it felt like a confrontation and at that point I was furious because the consultant at the Bank should know that they should call retentions and should not be instructed by me. Cancel my Cheque account or I will be moving banks
