Terrible service from the support centre, my device was ****** and even with a police statement, receipts and providing the serial number the center could not assist in blocking the device. Instead you get sent links for law enforcement to complete with no section for ****** devices but for subpoena
Took out travel insurance, had a bank fraud situation happen while I was away and a whole week later they have not responded or given me an update so I continue with reporting the issue to mastercard.
Made a purchase online last weekend and the sale was processed very quickly. I received a call the day before the delivery and on the day. The guys who assembled the products did a fine job and also left the place tidy. Very impressed with the quality of service.

Made an order on Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday, a day earlier than the ETA. It was very efficient. Just had a slight difficulty making a payment as there was a high volume, and the order would get cancelled after an hour.
Reading the reviews about the Xperia XA1 and I’m wishing I’d done so before making the purchase. Literally 10 months in the camera (front and rear) was not working. I tool the phone in and it took a month in for repairs, only for it to return faulty. And this time it was the software. A year and a half in the touch screen was faulty and the device would freeze. Two months thereafter the phone would no longer charge, returned the phone to Foschini who for an entire two months could not get the phone booked with the support centre! The worst device I’ve ever purchased!!
This was the most convenient way to experience the Vic Falls Carnival; and made transacting in a foreign currency much much easier. It would be great though for the stalls to let you know that you will be able to cashout at the end of the event in order to avoid trying to use up the funds on the last day.

Even though the online portal I purchased from took forever to ship, once dawn Wing had the parcel the delivery was quick and efficient. Will most definitely use them in future, as their tracking is also user friendly.
I have had a claim query for over a month, the communication from discovery is the worst! The agents promise to call you back and then they don't, when you finally get through when calling back the previous agent did not write the query correctly or update, so you start explaining from scratch! Then email communications state they take up to 48 working hours, I'm not even sure they know what that is. They seem to not have a clear work flow for queried claims and have total disregard for the clients.
