I want to express my appreciation for the metrowatt team! Ive had my install for about 2 months now and i am very happy. From the initial consultation with Damien who did such a wonderful job with explaining, advising and assisting me in selecting the best system for my home. The team that came to install was exceptional…their work is neat and pristine!
African Bank is stealing money from our credit cards this is despicable and illegal they claim they gave me some interest that now they need to claw back. but when i look at my credit card statement from i see this money being taken and reversed back everymonth. now they have take close to R10k from my credit card in the name of this...i am going to the ombudsman about this. How do you steal people's money like this this is disgusting, i will move all my business from this bank and i have all my debt with them because i though they were different.
I went to the springs mall branch yesterday to apply for credit. When I got there the treatment I received from the branch manager was disgusting to say the least. When it was time to process my application she tried calling my employment of which I told her that the number she is using doesn't work. I told her the exact name of my company and she refused to use it. She was utterly rude...for someone who is meant to work with customers she is very rude. I was bringing business there. And I forgot my ID when I came back I found her and one of her staff going through my bank statement
This company is a true Scam, I paid up my credit card account with them but they debited my account at month end with the installment amount. Now i have been trying to call and get this money back but no one can help. No one understands what is wrong? i dont get why such companies exist...all they do is take people's money. Standard bank should also be held accountable for sending accounts to thieves.
This company is the biggest fraud. They have my account from standard bank and have been deducted an installment for the past months. Come to find that my account is not actually with them anymore and has been handed over to another collection agency but they are still debiting my account without actually affecting this payment against my credit card. I will be going to the NCR about this as this is daylight stealing.
Capital Legacy debited my account in December 2019 after i specifically requested that the debit orders begin in january 2020. i sent email after after letting them now and requesting a refund for the dec 2019 debit. they dont bother to reply on emails. I want to cancel this policy now as i havent even returned the will but im being debited!
there are times i wish i had gone with another debt review company than Debt rescue. There's no care of sense of urgency. I have been sending emails to them regarding their lack of doing their work properly that is costing me right now. I have paid money to their lawyers who have made me wait for a whole year to have my court order rescinded...only to find the court order was never updated on the debt help system. My profile wasnt updated in Jan 2016 when i updated but only updated when i asked to be removed from debt review. im taking this to the consumer tribunal and the NCR this kind of service is disgusting and despicable
i have never ever experienced such horrible service. you hold for a full hour a full hour on line to get a consultant to assist. this is ridiculous. stop telling us to call your number when no one can help and your receptionist knows nothing!
I requested to be taken out of Debt review last year. I was sent to the lawyers that Debt rescue uses. Paid the R3400 for the application and have been waiting and given the run around by the lawyers. My court date has appearance has been moved twice...all with reasons that make no sense to me. I needed that court order before November has i applied ;last year...and im still waiting. there's no care given to clients at all by these lawyers which Debt rescue endorses. I am so angry and fed up...i need my name cleared
I had 4 personal loans with Nedbank once upon a time!! i am slowly paying these off and in Feb 2018 I off my 3rd loan. But I was still debited the installment month end. i was told this would be refunded to me as there was nothing i could do about the debit order! A month later im still trying to get help. When i called i get sent from Pillar to post. No one can help me. No one can track the payment! i dont understand how something like this can happen??? Their consultants are useless. No one..and i a mean no one can ever help me!
