Twice requested assistance via email without a reply. I need help to understand something about my account and no one is answering my emails. I've initiated a conversation from AFOnline as well as from an old reference number that i used a year ago but no answer. I Kindly request that someone contact me urgently via email.
I wanted to close my account but the call desk said because they can't all me on my number, they won't close the account, but I was speaking to them securely via my NEDBANK Money App!
Not getting any responses via email from personal banker or the care at fnb email. need urgent help while abroad. Mobile phone number was lost and fnb supposedly updated otp method, it worked for a while and now I can't get into my account again. asked for help, my husband asked for help on private messaging but still begin IGNORED!
Like so many other similar complaints here, the processing times are shockingly slow I realize it is the Holidays, but running out of money, while knowing that you have some, but it is being withheld due to a failed internal process really leads to sleepless nights. Please please hurry.

Spar manager lifted his hand as if he wanted to hit me over a price dispute at 25 May 2024 around 7:20 pm at Spar Elarduspark. The same manager also called security to remove me from the building, when it was he who tried to hit me first. Please check the cameras.
Registered a return on an online delivery via the contact form on your website but after 2 days no response yet. This is just dreadful.
KFC Moreletta Park staff ***** food. I ordered through drive through and waited for my order. The lady in the car in front said that they didn’t give her everything she ordered, then she waited for her whole order. When it was my turn to pick up my order, I just took the bag of food that they gave me. When I got home, I realized that they didn’t give me the diuble crunch burger and small pops that I paid for with the family meal.
Help Desk agent, keeps on telling me "Still with you" but is ignoring my messages simply because I caught her out giving me misinformation trying to get rid of me. Her name is Zodwa. Nedbank insisted that I get a debit card to earn Greenbacks only to block the card because of a suspected *****ulent transaction (it wasn't *****). So I had to pay for the fuel with my generic card linked to the same account. I insist on getting the greenbacks that I have so been trying to get since december paying a subscription for it, but not getting any greenbacks because no one told me that I can't use the generic card to earn greenbacks. So I comp****, and then again another problem.....
Khume is a **** an *********** manager who does not take a patient's case into consideration but aims to end a telephone call as quickly as possible. Two days ago when I spoke to him over the telephone enquiring about the R6300 that must be paid on admission he said to me "phone discovery health and get a reference number then the hospital will be able to deduct this amount from the medical savings account". Today when I am here ready to be admitted - both Kume and the Discovery Health representative tells a completely different story. I did not sleep at all, I am hungy and dehydrated and therefore very irretable. NetCare staff must think themselves very high and mighty not to see to the needs of their patients - because even the use of swear words causes them to threat with things like: "We're going to write on your file that you said Mother ****er" and the Discovery Girl was soooo offended when I said that word ***.
