I recently signed up with Mweb, I paid the R249 for the processing of the application, on the 5th February 2025 my service was active, only to find out 5 days later that I have to pay again. No one has told me this. Now 7 days later, my line is suspended, I cannot get hold of anyone for assistance!

I purchased an unlimited Voice bundle for R249. 00.Only to find out it's Vodacom to Vodacom only,but nowhere it states it's only Vodacom to Vodacom. Vodacom must plead refund me my money, cos that R249 was a waste becos of misleading advertising.
I made two bets on soccer for multi bet, with 2 different bets slips. During the cause of the matches, there were options to cash out before the matches ended. From the 70th minute I decided to make use of the withdrawal options, when the one betslip offered a cash out of R3900 and the other R3600, becos I could see the way in which the matches were going. I tried several times to cash out seeing that it was available at that specific moments, however it kept on failing. I then tried to get online help, by means of the online chat, but no one responded. Why offer something that is not working? To me this is false and misleading. Playtsogo needs to own up and Make good on their promise. I want my R3900 and R3600, because it was offered to me to be cashed out. Whatever the reason was for me not tho cash it out during that time is not my problem. Something definitely went wrong but like I said it unfortunately not my problem.

I recently had a cellphone claim, upon taking out the policy, I was promised by the sales consultant, that irrespective of the value of the claim, the full value will be paid out and not replacement value. The claim was finalised today and the value differs from which was promised at sales stage. I specifically mentioned the term "replacement" value to him, of which he assured me full value pay out during claims stage. The premium of the item is determined by the insured value. Why is the pay out less than what was promised?
