Website offering jobs online. App**** for two positions ended up getting three OBVIOUSLY ****/****mer replies. Deleted my information - how can three 'places' email me when I have only app**** for two??? Something is VERY fishy here.
I recently purchased a refurbished Samsung tablet from Unboxxed. I was nervous at first but I need not have been. From the moment I started my enquiries online they were professional and extremely helpful. After a few days of using the tablet I asked some questions about the charging - and was, once again, very happy with the efficient service and assistance. I can highly recommend this company. When it is time for me to replace my cell phone - this is the way I am going.
Trying to collect an online order (already paid for) from their Port Elizabeth store is NIGHTMARE. The 'service' is non existent and the order is NEVER ready even when I give them advance warning. I live 300km from PE and always have a tight schedule when I go down hence I buy my things online so I can just collect and go on to the next thing. Yesterday they made my 82 year old mother wait more than 15 minutes for my order before she 'blew her top' and they eventually came down to pull the order. This is NOT the first time I have this experience.
We have had 3 vehicles serviced in the last 3 months and there have been SERIOUS comebacks with all three of them. One could have resulted in a life threatening situation - something it went in for to fix and around R30 000 'essential repairs' later the vehicle is given back to us - only for it to happen again. Apparently the problem involved the bushes....but then why the HUGE repair. Had a similar situation with another vehicle just before this one. Contacted Kelston, had the local Customer Service person phone me at the beginning of June to say they would get back to me - HEARD NOTHING IN A MONTH. Sent two additional emails to head office in PE - NO RESPONSE. NON EXISTENT SERVICE....
It should not even get one star. I purchased one online from Game in January 2020 and it did not work - thermostat faulty. I advised Game in writing. I took it back to the store when I could travel the 300km to the city. About 3 weeks later they replaced it. I got home to find the same issue with the new Milex unit. I advised the store and the Milex agent I would be returning it the next time I drove the 300km to the store. The government then introduced lockdown and restricted travel - which is still in place in SA until next week. This means I cannot travel unless it is for an essential service. There was no way I could take it back. Now the Milex agent tells me that I am out of the warranty and they are not going to refund.
Really poor service. Couldn't put in no star. We were forced to move from Breedenet ISP to this company. From day 1 we have had nothing but TROUBLE - for 8 weeks! They have still NOT been able to fix the issue - they seem clueless and are blaming it on everything they can think of. We share a private wifi tower with our neighbour (on a farm) and they have exactly the SAME issue from the same time - so it is an issue on their side. I have had NO feedback from them for the last 3 1/3 weeks after numerous emails and speed tests done. Will be going to the Consumer Complaints Council unless this is sorted this week. They are part of the Herotel Group - who are also NOT answering my emails.
We have been trying for months to change the number of passengers that can be carried on license disk. We bought single cab landcruisers and converted them to double cabs. We have completed EVERYTHING they required over weeks because they kept sending us away for more information. We have had to travel 1000km to do this as we live on a farm 60km from the town. Today they insist they need to send the original vehicle registration papers to Bhisho for this application. When asked for a written receipt for this documentation they refused and would not handle the applications any further. This is ridiculous - how can one be expected to part with the original vehicle registration documents and not get a receipt for it. They will continue to fine us for having the incorrect details on the license - and it is their ineptitude and arrogance that is holding this up.
