Please can you send me the calculation of my usage and Kwh used to bill me R2293.20 for month of June. I bought tickects a day before Monday 23rd for the 02:30 IMax Lion King and when i got there two tickets for my kids bought yesterday was dated for the same day and i did not book for Monday as per cashier that assisted me. They told me to go in and i bought myself a movie ticket then pop corn then walked in to the movie cine to make sure my kids are safe. When i was in i found out that the sets are took are used and when out to get the guys to tell me which sets i can take for my kids. They told me they can not help and told me to talk to the manager who was rude an halpfull and told me to leave if i want to. He treated me like trash and never even took time to stand up from his chair to find out what was the issue. I deminded my cash and they took 30min to give me my money and told me to call a help line for my complaint if i want to. Is this the kind of service we get from you? I am really disappoited and my kids did not watch the movie the came for. I will make sure that this is all in social media and you are exposed of how you treat us.
This is the second time when i need to buy food for my family i get such bad service, I went to collect my fiance from work and went to buy supper for my family. I asked the teller Dimakatso for the tuesday special and she told me i will have to wait for 7 to 10min. I agreed and told her i woul like that special with thigh and drumsticks. She told me that that can't be done due to them not having those pieces, she added on and said it is late for such meat to be requested. Time of slip 20:51 date 23rd July Chk 3502. I told her to leave my oder. I drove on to the check out point and when i got to the window Dimakatso left the station to another who did not have a clue what i was talking about. I asked for the manager Annie who told us that the was no such thing. She greatly assisted us with the order of 6 piece special, Pops and streetwise 2 with chips. While we wait for the order Dimakatso asked if the follwing car was white people. Then we asked so whites are more important than us waiting? I am really disappoited with the level of service Dimakatso provided and told Annie and the cashier 49 Ngoakoan. I thought a night out for sea food would be a perfect closure for the day before public holiday at Ocean Basket Mall of Africa with friends. I took my fiance for dinner with two of my friends to join us there and when we arraved we where greeted by a friendly trainee (Gerald) who set us outside. As we where about to ask for drinks, a group of waiters that where just standing there not greeting us started talking in their language that we can here that '' Why did Gerald sit us down, He is lastig, annoying. Then one waiter by the name Precious told him and us the kitchen was closed for business. I have eaten here before and closing time is 10:00pm. We arraved at 09:00pm. Gerald walk in to find out if this was true, Precious then stoped us and told us that the kitchen is open we can sit. Is this how black people must be treated when walking in to OB, my fiance was not happy about it and asked why did she tell Gerald the kitchen was closed. She stated that '' No it is not closed I was talking to him''. We have never been so humiliated like that in front of customers. Gerald cameback and told us that he just confirmed that the kitchen is open we can sit. We where just out of words and just told him we are not eating there anymore. Andreas the manager was just there, but he did not understand what was happening, he told us to come in but we where just not happy about the whole service we received and had to get lunch from Rocomamas and cancelled the two friends that were 10min away. I am realy disappointed on OB Mall of Africa. I drove from Norkem Park for this.... We normaly go to Cashier's Palance, but thought, let us just change scenery. Gerald was his first day, found out after our meal around 09:58 outside the park. He is a brilliant guy and really need a chance Precious and the other waiter are just rude and racist. Good morning I am at a point that I am taking this issue to the media and hello peter for assistant. I am not getting the service I thought Vox will provide to their customers. This issue has been going on from the 3rd of January calling your department is not free. I am using most of my time calling your department to resolve this issue and I am tired. If this is not resolved by end of this week this mail will be sent to all media and Hello peter how you treat you customers. I spoke to Johan regarding this matter for the charges on my second quote which was done by someone by the name Alistor who told me on the line the quote that was done is similar to the one I have attached on the mail. I then called and spoke to Johan who promised this would be corrected from the 14th January. I have been calling from since then and all I am getting are empty promises. On the 23rd January I received the invoices attached and still show the Vuma Charge and Activation fees. Please can this be taken as a matter of urgency.

I call VW Strijdom Park Volkswagen and they sent me a sales person to assist with the quote for my old car to see if they will buy it for how much. Two days passed with no respond I then gave the a call and was told that an email was sent to me. I told them I did not get such an email. Sylvester (sale person) who took my quote was the one who was handling all this and he told me about the email. I then asked what was the reason for the long respond he then told me that they could only take my car for R50,000. I asked why so low and was told it was due to my previous crash that I had 2015 on my passenger door. He then advised me to take my car and crash it to a tree so I can have my insurance pay. I ignored what he said and proceeded with a better solution. He then came back to the same story of me crashing my car to a tree he even added that I should not get hurt while doing it. I call the manager Allan Stiles who told me my car could be around R70,000. He then referred me to a manager at used cars who told me he can take it for R110,000. He told me to drive to the shop on Saturday 25th for us to get a deal done. I stay in Norkem Park and had to drive 72km just to be told that he thought my car was 2015 model. All this time they had my car details on the system number plates and also pictures. Do I really need to say more? I am so angry and thought I would be driving a new car by December. Is this your sales strategy?

<p>I leave in Norkem Park and the is a new KFC that was just opened early this year and it is at Norkem Mall. Each time I visit the place I have a terrible Odile. The first time I went there they gave me meat that was smelling of burn and I could not eat another bite I gave it to my dogs. Second time I went to buy family meal and I was told I hand to wait for 25min for my food. I had to drive home then come back after 25min to pick up my food. Today I went around 08:36 and the where about 3 customers before me, I ordered six chicken pieces I was told that this will also take 25min and I got upset and asked why do I always have to get such service with this KFC I don't get this with other KFC.</p> <p> </p> <p>They told me that they don't have meat and I asked why don't you have meat and you are closing at 11:00. This is a Saturday that is just after pay day for the 25th people why won't you have meat. I ordered and went to sit in my car due to that it was chilly and I came with my daughter. As I waited about seven cars came and left with ought an order. This is money lost which you can't pay the bills.</p> <p> </p> <p>25min passed I went in to get my order. My order was not ready they told me about meat not enough and other customers also now complaining about the KFC and saying that they should close down if they were not ready for business. <p>I called in to ask to get my cover for both cars reviewed and all i got was my car premium going up and not down, I spoke to Diego Phasha and informed him that I want to cancel as i had another insurance that offered me way less. He took his time and explained both insurance the new and the Miway one and he actually changed my mind and I am currently not leaving you guys, but would really like that we speak to such people when we have our premium reviewed, not someone who tells you is up and the is nothing you can do. This was my worse day of my life to go get fishaways for my fiance's birthday. On the 6th of March i went to get dinner for my fiance and family as it was her birthday, when i got there i ordered 1 F17 Fab Pltr, 1 F01 FR & Chips and 1 S06 Pop Prawns. I asked Sina who was on duty to please give me Tartar source as it was my family's favorite, She told me that she is only going to give me one and one sweet chilli. She gave me such an attitude and told me only one per order. I told her that i just bought 4 fish and praws and that counts as how many orders. She ignored me and started close the shop leaving us outside at 08:50. Then a customer came driving a silver Mercedes to by, she was told it was closed and they are not taking any more orders. The customer asked and said it was not yet 09:00, She said they have switched off the stoves. We got our order on time then left to find that she had put in only 3 tartar and two fish where raw.
