What an amazing experience! From the booking to the actual event! The bookings were done hassle free, and the tour guide was amazing and funny! I will recommend Daniela Du Plessis - Biggestleaf Travel at Pilanesberg national park anytime and our tour guide, which I don't recall her full name but we called her BK. Well done to excellent service! You guys rock!
I have booked tickets on the 21 March but had to cancel on 22nd. I was told the refund will take 15 to 21 days minus the cancellation fee of course. I have now been waiting 33 work days (not counting public holidays or weekends). I have asked continuously on their whatsapp chat what the issue is and was told on Monday 6May the money will be in on Friday 10 May. Now on 11 May I'm told the money will be paid with the next batch. No time given and this has been ongoing way past the time I was told. This is unacceptable and very poor service. I went ahead after cancellation and still used intercity to book the new tickets they could've easily transferred the money but no! I really need my refund and this can't continue.
Absolute poor service. No communication! I have been waiting for a package from Shein from mid March paid vat and duty to Imile. They do not answer emails or their phones. The package has not been delivered as yet! It's a disgrace and a joke of a company.
I am really dissapointed in Samsung. And I will never buy this product again and I will tell my friends to also stop buying or using this brand. 1st I bought i Samsung S6 Egde plus in 2016 and was told the 1st screen is free. This year 2021 my accidentally fell and the screen cracked not the inner screen, when I took it for repairs I was told it is only within the 1st 12 months. Which is absurd because my S4 screens was repaired 3 years after purchase. I have sent an email to samsung and got the reply that it is only within the 1st year. When I try to reply the message doesnt deliver. 2nd my Samsung bluray player is now giving System update time message so I cant use the player. From what I googled it is a technical issue and suposed to be fixed by Samsung. Seriously! I am done with Samsung. Wonder when my tvs and washing machine is going to do the same. Absolutely unhappy!
I am really disappointed with the reversal policy of Capitec bank. I made a payment on the 18th of December by mistake to my rental agency. So I called Capitec today 21.12.2020 as I could not get a hold on anyone over the weekend. I was now told it takes 7 - 14 days for reversal and no guarantee that it would be successful. I am really disappointed, it is December month. I accidently payed now, when it was not due. Now I dont have any money till finally Capitec reverses the payment. I have tried contacting the agency myself but they are closed till 5 January. Maybe Capitec must revise the policy as I do have to pay R160 for the service regardless if it is successful or not. REALLY SAD AND SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!
I am so unhappy by the way I was treated and not explained the refund policy. I bought 3 phones, thinking I will buy 2 and 1 extra for in case 1 breaks. I bought the phones and left. After an hour I went back to return the 3rd phone as it was a waste. They did not want to refund even though the phone is still im the same box not opened or switched on. They offered to buy it back at half the price I bought an a hour earlier. It is just ridiculous. I honestly dont see why they couldnt refund. Pathetic! If the phone was switched on or used I could've understand. But it was in the same condition as when I left the store. Northern Cape Kathu Cash Crusaders!
Worst, worst! Service ever. How is it expected of citizens to pay loyally every single month your hard earned money and when it comes to refunds there is no response. I submitted 25 Aug, selected for a audit and still waiting! Everytime i call they escalate or will call back within 2 days. It is pathetic! Isn't our money? What about us that could really use the money. What happens if we don't pay. When will I get a answer or my money due to me? When will we get answers.
I bought a Mobicel tablet 8 June 2020 from Ackermans in Ventersdorp. When I got home I wanted to charge it so that I can set it up. I realized that it wasnt charging as the charging pin and charger didnt make contact. On Tuesday 9 June 2020 I took it back and asked for a refund, because it wasnt even used. So they said no and instead offer me 2 other tablets that was not in sealed boxes and had scratches all over. I insisted on refund but they said i must choose one of the 2 offered. So I took the alcatel one. They didnt even check it in the store as the battery was to flat. At home I charged it for 2 or more hours. When I tried connecting and setting it up it gave me system errors. I couldnt do anything. 2 tablets 2 days both not working. This is surely a reason for refund. Today wednesday 10 june I called the call centre. They said i must add more money and buy a popular name brand. If i had the money i wouldve. So basically they are selling **** and they know it. And how do you offer second hand damaged goods to.customers? I hope someone will respond as i just want my money back .today

Completed SAMTRAC in 2007, were told they are in the process of NQF level 5 accreditation, paid completed received certificate but no results.. April 2019 i requested my results and accreditation bodies an overview of course for a s****s assessment. Almost one year later still nothing. Spoke with a training manager, now they dont have a database for results, it will take up to 1.5 months. No accreditation on NQF like course was never accredited, only got accredited in 2012. Its unacceptable. So what have we paid for. Bad bad bad service and lairs! Even the bridging course is not NqF accredited. How is it possible to have results and the ladies excuse, oh sorry i didn't work here in 2007. Disappointed and will not stop here I want answers i want my studies to be accredited i want my results!
