I ordered the perfume according to the picture. It was delivered quickly. It came in a generic bottle. It smells mothing like the original. I e-mailed them immediately. No response. I followed up, no response. Used the chat option. The staff reply saying that its not ****, did i read the return policy. Which doesn't open. They say no returns if open. Obviously you'l open the packaging to smell the **** thing that you're shocked to receive.
Worst customer experience ever. cannot get hold of anyone to assist. Cannot speak to anyone. 7 days since i signed up, no connectivity
Doesn't even deserve a one star rating. They have an outage since this morning around 9, no communication, it's 9 hours later, still nothing. It's costing me time money petrol to work around this. How can an outage last for so long. Never take a contract with them without testing the water first. I have so much regret

I usually by most of my groceries from checkers. I feel ripped off. Prices are significantly inflated on certain goods. I spent R3,5k and that's not half of what I usually buy. I bought 3 Kellogg's for 100 rand according to the special, but actually paid 130. No special.

Be very careful when buying cars from them. I first went to see the car advertised in vereeniging. They had to bring the car from krugersdorp. After viewing the car, I noticed a few faults, engine light was on, clutch was abnormally hard. So the salesman said I need to speak to the owner. I expressed my concerns, he told me it's an old car, what do I expect, he then said he'll give me a month gaurantee on the engine, gearbox and cvs. He said he'll give me a 5k discount. I said I'll need to think about it. He got angry and said I made him bring the car from krugersdorp. I apologized and left. I really liked the colour of the car so bought the car a few weeks later. I did a transfer, no finance and was assured that the car had just been serviced. They took the car for a dekra inspection and delivered the car the Monday. I was surprised at the cape Town number plates. The car didn't feel right, with clucking noises and the inside full of super glue, where the gear booth was repaired poorly and loose and coming out as you drive. The Thursday I got stuck with the car. Had did it towed to my mechanic. He told me that the alternator had siezed, the clutch needs to be replaced, the car had not been serviced, the CVS are gone, the car has rust that has been concealed. I called them to explain and asked if it could get a refund even if it was not in full. I was told that I bought the car at a discount I should take the discount money and repair the car. Bearing in mind the retail on the car is 40k and paid 85k, thinking its a good realiable car. I don't know dekra passed the car. I was told that I signed a contract that now exempts me from the CPA. I repaired the mechanical issues 15k later. The rust needed to be repaired as well. I asked them if they would buy the car back at a loss to me of course, or if I could buy another car from them and trade this one in. I'm still waiting. I sold the car disclosing all faults at a huge loss to me. Don't think that because dekra has approved the cars, it's even road Worthy, that's why they do it. If you do it, the car will fail. Don't take their word or surerity. The contract you sign, cedes protection from CPA. Think three times before buying from them.
I have 2 subscriptions, of which one was cancelled on the 9'th June 2019. I pay in advance, so from the 20'th of May 2019 - 20 June 2019 was paid for. On the 10'th June 2019 I called the call centre , who confirmed cancellation. I was told that I would be credited for June 2019. Yet the full amount was debited. I called again and complained to no avail. The best part is that I got debited again for the full amount in July 2019. I have been calling and been given a different story. I have also spoken to an incompetent manager who assured me that the issue will be resolved. I then called to follow up on the 26'th July 2019. I was assured that I would be paid back the funds into my account. A week later I called now and spoke to another incompetent person, who has given me a different route of resolution. I should now e-mail proof of payments. And there are no managers Ridiculous is an understatement. I was given this reference. 81438808-C1 Regards I'm cancelling
I would like to know why I cannot receive my tax certificate when filing opens on 01 July 2019. When I call the following numbers 0860 66 43 21, +2712 675 3034. at 2:30pm. The voice note says you are closed. However your operating times are 7:00 - 19:00. I am moving my policy. This is totally unacceptable.
