Good Morning NMG has our benefits and it scares me how much they do not respond to emails and when you directly call, you are kept on hold for an hour. When you chat with their chat box they advice you to call NMG directly if your case is not solved only to wait for over an hour without help. I am very disappointed with NMG.

Good Day , I bought a 100GB for R329 only to receive 90GB for the same amount. I lodged a complaint with MTN regarding their false advertising and only for them to respond to me today that I have been allocated 90GB and there is nothing they can do. Even after I have attached proof of what I bought and also showed them the billing price is still the same. My number is 0719024537 and ID no is 8509110447085. Either they cancel this contract or they fix the error and give me what is due.. This is ******* and misleading customers
Telkom , I have pleaded with them even offered to bring in an Affidavit or for them to call my father. My father is admitted in hospital high care and his phone was ****** fast forward he was later moved to Medical and we bought him a phone with a new rica sim card and now we want to do sim swap and Telkom is refusing to assist us, they want him personally 😢. My dad uses the number for banking apps as well and now we are stuck basically he cannot do anything without his number. They told us we can use whatsapp number to do sim swap only to later find when I called again that their whatsapp is not working and went inside the store in Durban Galleria even after explaining they said they need him, only god knows how he will get there. Boycot Telkom as you might in future have a problem if you lose yur phone with their card and are unable to do sim swap. Network suck and I am disappointed 😞
Renault customer service sucks, You call them and they put you through only for the line to cut dead.. I need assistance with the sound in a car that has not even reached 30kms and the service is **** no one is able to assist you...
I called DSTV to change my plan and get an Internet and Compact for R669 on 24 months price lock, I did everything on the chat , they signed me up and I thought we were good to go only when I had to make first payment on the 20th of June 2025. I then realised that I was not signed up for price lock for R669 and was going to be billed separetly , went to Multichoice in Umhlanga Durban on the 18th of June 2025 and got assistance from Rochelle who confirmed with me that all is good to go they have fixed that error and I will be paying according to what I signed up for. Comes 20th of June 2025 when I needed to pay, still the error balance is not fixed and I chatted to Sbusiso told him the whole story and he said since I went inside Multichoice I should wait for 24hrs everything will be fixed , asked about the reconnection fee that will be charged cos waiting that 24hrs the DSTV will be closed and will charged a reconnection fee, he promised they wont... 5days later my DSTV is not paid and is off and requires a reconnection while waiting for DSRV to fix the error . Pathetic

My 19hr sim has not been working for a month yet I pay every month and seemingly they are unable to assist . When you call their support you are put through a foreign speaking agent that you are unable to communicate with... Their network sucks
