Even more useless than Telkom’s fault repair is their more than useless Telkom mobile App
My comments to Kerryn Porter (Portfolio Specialist Administration) for her efficient, prompt and courteous service response to emails.
I have tried to make contact and elicit a response from the Nedbank Fraud Section several times to report suspicious/phishing e-mails that I've received. However, this has been without success. My latest attempt was via 0860 555 111 who advised me to write an email to winnieMt@nedbank.co.za but I have likewise had no response/reply. I do not bank with NEDBANK and the suspicious e-mails indicate I do, hence my query to the Fraud Section. If this lack of response is typical of how NEDBANK deals with the public then I am pleased that I'm not a client
Seldom in this world of fast changing values and morals does one find the principles of true professionalism coupled with genuine friendliness and empathy. My complements to Sandra Anderson, Accounts and Claims Executive at Garden Route Insurance Brokers in Knysna for her excellent service. She is proactive, reactive, efficient and modest (as she claims she is only doing her job). She is a credit to her business.

I contacted the Kempston Head Office via e-mail on 6 Nov 17 requesting the M&M code of my vehicle purchased at a Kempston dealer. I received a mail saying "Thanks for contacting us, w will get back to you as soon as possible". I sent another e-mail on 13 Nov 17 as I had no response, and still await the reply to my reminder. The Kempston web page states grandly "THE KEMPSTON GROUP IS PROUD TO BE AT YOUR SERVICE".........Really??
A pensioner discount was requested and then given on an account The invoice was received and within 2 hours of receipt of the invoice I effected an EFT. In my haste to make the EFT (as I consider that as a service had been been performed, it is right that it be paid immediately), I paid the full amount and did not notice that there was a sentence in the e-mail that said "Unfortunately no refunds or credits will be given for Discounts not taken". When I emailed the proof of payment, I thanked them for the discount, but said I had paid the full amount without deducting the discount and please would they refund me the discount? I was told this was not possible due to VAT and 'other reasons'. I then suggested that the VAT be deducted from the discount as a means to resolving the problem but this was also rejected. I feel that some leeway could have been extended, because as a pensioner every Rand has to count But there was no sympathy for my explanation, and no refund.
<p>Clicks Pharmacy consistently delivers outstanding service. Of particular mention is the unflappable, highly motivated, efficient and capable Sue Webber. There is no challenge that she cannot resolve, and dealing with medical aid societies surely must rank as as one of the most taxing of all human endevours.</p>
