I have not had a WiFi connection since Monday, and I have spoken to several members of the support team. They all keep telling me to reboot my router, wait three minutes, and then reconnect. If rebooting does not resolve the issue, there must be a larger problem at play, and if service to customers had been key, they would have taken a different approach, like getting someone out to inspect the problem firsthand and fix this. I really must say the support from Axxess has been frustrating and **********.
We recently used the service of Biggles Removals. And unfortunately, looking at the previous reviews, I would like to express my disappointment with the service of the moving team. My wife and her friends needed to assist in carrying boxes, and then they forgot to take the dishwasher, so one of our friends needed to go back with his wife as I was out of the country and no other man was around to pick it up with his bakkie. This has been a truly disappointing service.
I am truly disappointed with my recent interaction with WeBuy Cars. I wanted to sell my vehicle, so I sent through the required information as well as photos as required. Then I received an offer of R400,000, depending on the inspection. I took my vehicle to WeBuyCars Silver Lakes to perform the inspection. I received a clean report that indicated that my vehicle is in excellent condition; however, they are not prepared to commit the R400,000 even though the vehicle has been shown as excellent on all inspection sections as per the evaluation summary provided. I did business with WeBuyCars a number of times in the past, and the service was remarkable, but this time around, I am shocked about this service, and please do not get me wrong. I do understand that WeBuyCars conducted a thorough initial inspection of the vehicle to ensure the quality of the vehicle for a new buyer, and this is the reason why I prefer buying my vehicles from WeBuyCars. However, it seems that WeBuyCars realized the market share they obtained in the secondhand vehicle market, and this has given them a monopolistic position in the secondhand vehicle market. With this, it seems now (based on my experience) that they have adopted their new stance in the market, and with this, their focus has moved and their service has deteriorated, which is truly a shame, as I loved the business model WeBuyCars has operated on. Now I just hope that a new player will enter the vehicle market with the same business model to break this monopoly that WeBuyCars has on the second-hand vehicle market and hopefully force them to go back to providing the service that I have come to love. Some people reading this might be of the opinion that this is just sour g****s because I did not receive the amount they originally provided. But should I have received a report that showed that my vehicle had a number of issues, I would have accepted this. However, the issue here is that I received an Evaluation Summary report that clearly indicated all inspection sections as being marked as Excellent yet they are not committed to the value as orally given, and this is my issue. I truly hope that my situation was an exception but I have learned when it happens to one person it will follow to the next.
Donovan Daniel recently assisted me in updating my Insurance policy. Donovan helped me quickly without any delays. Thank you, Donovan
We paid a settlement to Standard Bank for my vehicle on 23 September 2022. However, no confirmation was received from Standard Bank to confirm that the vehicle had been settled. I called Standard Bank, and they confirmed that the fund has been received but has not yet been allocated. I then sent several emails to follow up and also made numerous calls with no success. Then on 30 September, Standard Bank took the debit order for the vehicle as well. Now Standard Bank is sitting with my settlement and debit order funds. Today I received feedback from Standard Bank that they will investigate my issue, but I will need to wait three days. It is unreasonable to expect me to wait another three days for this matter to be resolved. It is shocking to receive this type of service from a bank claiming to provide its clients with the highest level of service.

We booked a trip with Cruiseabout in Clearwater but due to the coronavirus we cancelled it and requested that they pay back the funds we already paid excluding the deposit. It’s been more than two weeks now and still no refund. No sure why it would take them so long to pay back the funds as it should be in their account unless they have used it and now need to make alternative plans to pay back people refunds.
I bought furniture from Makro and paid for it and it has been almost a month and no delivery of any of the items bought has been done. Further to this I phoned Makro and every time they indicate that somebody responsible for the delivery will phone me back, however this never happens.
Extremely poor service by WebAfrica and would advise to considering any other service provider. We moved to a new house and WebAfrica needed to move our fiber connection to the new place. After more than a month and a number of email and call we decided to cancel our service. Even after we cancelled WebAfrica still billed me for the period we did not receive any service and then the call and emails started all over again in getting our payment back. Think twice before make use of these guys.
We recently moved to a new house and before the move we followed the indicated process by Webafrica. However, it’s been more than a month now that Webafrica could get our connection up again. Therefore, I cancelled our subscription with Webafrica and moved to Gigigo. However the same issue came up with Gigago and therefore it seemed that the issue was with Vumatel. According to Vumatel they are unable to get us connected as according to their system we already have an established connection however this is not the case. I have requested numerous times that Vumatel send one of their technicians out to verify this, however this also never took place. I then tried to move to Open Serve due to the poor service delivery by Vumatel however, I was informed that our areas is only serviced by Vumatel. This is truly a concern as it means that due to the incompetence of Vumatel we are not able to get our fiber connected again as they old the rights to our area.
