Berniece Pillay was the latest superstar I had the pleasure to deal with. I wanted to change my cover to essential, instead of comprehensive, she managed to save me R271-00, and keep my cover as is! Today 3 Feb 2023 toke my RG950 generator in because the starter rope broke. Bought it 1 July 2022. Montague Gardens service center. The assistant took great lengths to explain I was an idiot and it was my fault it broke. It will tkae 10 working days for a qoute. Toke my generator to Lawnmower Hospital, was fixed in less than 1 hour for R270-00. Ryobi is a brand is best avoided, no after sales service, poor quality products.

BG SERVERS supplier of plastic drums and containers, also do pumps and pump repair. They went out of their way to help me fix my CRI pump. Even sacrificed their profit to do the repair. Golden attitude, execellent service. Less than 24 hours. Really appreciated, not easily found in this day and age
Keep getting a technical error try later, then they go and run the transaction anyway. This has happened 3 times now. Log in and my balances show zero!! How pathetic have Standard Bank become, totally incompetent, no communication, can't get through to the call center, high volumes. WHY??? Because you are totally f......ing everything up. You are worse than ESCOM. PATHETIC, PATHETIC. Please people move away, ABSA, Nedbank, FNB, best Capitec. But Standard Bank? NO, put your money under your matress. IDIOTS!!
