Totally disappointed. Placed an order for 4 items on the 31st of January, only to be told the main item is cancelled 11 days after placing the order. The balance of the order will only be delivered on the 12th of February. That is 13 days for an order inside of SA. Takealot is officially slower than their Chinese opposition.
Writing a review on here is obviously a waste of time cause not only does PSC not answer phone calls or respond to emails, they also don't reply to any reviews. Useless!

On the 29th of August I app**** for finance and supp**** all my documentation. On the 2nd of September I received an email stating that my application has been assessed and that I would be contacted shortly. After 2 more emails to them inquiring what is happening, I have had no response what so ever. Horrific customer service.
I placed my order on the 31st of May 2024. To date I have had no updates on the progress, neither (hence this review) have I received any of the products I ordered. Emailed an inquiry, to which I got a cell number via an automated response and surprise surprise, the number does not work. Just an update would be greatly appreciated. So much for customer service
Not only is this service totally overpriced, they stop replying to simple inquiries to make your life easier in using their service. Their last question to me was "Are you the owner or the tenant" This should make no difference, as I am the customer trying to buy the electricity/product
I returned a phone to MTN in Mall of Africa in January 2021. After a year of struggling with MTN the contract was eventually cancelled. For that year I paid for the returned phone as I have a second phone also with MTN. To date no one is getting back to me on refunding the amount I paid or crediting that amount to my current contract. Email after email and phone call after phone call (which all eventually got killed before resolution)
I placed an order Monday 15th of Aug, was promised delivery Friday 19th of Aug, then they changed it to Saturday morning 20th of Aug. Then it was again changed to 3pm that afternoon. Needless to say the delivery was not done and no update received.
I have used Tempted before, the quality is good but it doesn't make up for the service. I ordered pants the end of May. Initially when I queried I was told there is a delay because there admin lady left and things were messed up. Now they keep on sending updates about customs but no solid updates, no dates, no decent help. They just keep on referring me to their shipping/returns policy. Shein delivers faster and is way cheaper and I have a guarantee of receiving my product. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
We bought a vehicle from JMC. On the 25th we contacted Dries asking for the radio's code as we didn't receive this nor the car's service book. We also told him that there is a noise in the engine. He then said that his mechanic will be calling us back. On the 26th of November at 12.00 we contacted him again, he said he would call back in an hour's time. Just before 16.00 we emailed him saying that we've had no call from him nor his mechanic. He then called back after 16.00 saying that we must bring the car back in as it is still under warranty. We contacted him Monday the 30th to make an arrangement to take the car in and asked for a loan car as we are based in the East Rand and it is quite a drive. He said that he couldn't give us a loan car but would leave a message for the owner SJ to call us back regarding the request. On our way home on the 30th the car started overheating cause the fan stopped working. When we called him today the 1st of December to arrange a tow in, he said that the towing is up to our insurance, not him (with whom the warranty is).. I've tried calling him on his cell and his phone is not off neither is the owner available. CPA states, we have 6 months...
