Atrocious & Pathetic. Pathetic. Pathetic. Pathetic. It's nearly 7pm and my delivery has not arrived. It was supposed to arrive yesterday before 5pm, it didn't. I'm told they brought a truck that is above the estates capacity, they rescheduled the delivery to today and they still came with the same truck. What level of utter incompetence is this!!!! Your call centre is equally inefficient. They stopped responding to my messages, meanwhile the teleprompter says they're working hours are until 7pm on a Friday - BULL****!!. I removed the fridge yesterday to make way for the new fridge, AS THEY COMMUNICATED, it would arrive on Thursday. It didn't and now they food is sitting and rotting. You would think it's common courtesy to then deliver what tou couldn't yesterday as a priority the following day. But it's 7pm and nothing. I REPEATEDLY asked them to ensure the deliver comes before 1pm. I had to miss my flight due to all of this complete incompetence. Someone will be held accountable for my flight ticket as well as the food that's now wasted. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUSLY PATHETIC. The worst service imaginable. The branch contact details all don't work. The branch manager, Nkosingiphile Mlungwana, doesn't deserve his designation. Zero responsibility or accountability to customers. I would highly recommend he is retrained or removed from his position. He was asked to bring a smaller car to assist to transport the item in, when following up he indicated he forgot and then continued to ignore future calls. DISGUSTING. Sies. I've never been more disappointed in a brand and it's personnel. The inconvenience caused is beyond belief or measure. Lesson learned. I'd rather queue and buy my things from a physical shop. Even Temu & Shein give better service than this. Sies. Nxa.
What a ****a shop establishment. They insist on room service then don't deliver. I go downstairs, the food isn't ready. They insist they'll bring the food, it's 22.36 and I still haven't eaten. This is my first night.
The ****tiest of experiences and they couldn't give a damn. I've been ****med by these people. They've taken R123 000 from my account. The whole experience has been a farce and ruined. What terrible people, what an ************ company. Sies man. The level of unprofessionalism after asking countless times for my money back. Absolutely ****in don't care. If it's ever been on your list of places to go, think twice! There's better out there.
Highly not recommended. They don't know their asses from their elbow. Processes are redundant. Zero accountability and follow through. Lacks professionalism. New player, but still need to do alot of work before they are market ready. Don't know the difference between a metered and prepaid solution - mind blowingly shocking. Biggest waste of time you'll ever experience.
This is definitely testament that you have zero intentions of actually assisting in the event of an emergency. USELESS! Your process requires that people pay before installation even occurs. It's been nearly a month, you were quick to request my money, but I have no security Your sales rep is equally useless, and I doubt he's escalated this matter at all. Kindly proceed to cancel this agreement. Your services are pathetic. Also kindly see to refund my premiums in full. You are in breach, and should something happen to me between now and finalization I will hold you fully liable.

What a useless company. You don't even deserve that star. I've been following up on the installation of a device for nearly 4 months now. What bulls@#% is that? Calls go unanswered for hours. Will you even be able to retrieve any of your customers cars if ******. The service consultant, Siphiwe Ndlovu, useless! No attention to detail, no follow through.
My food was delivered 40min late and burnt. A R384 meal at that from Nandos Norwood. I've emailed them - no response. I've called - no response. You're fast to go after everyone else, meanwhile back at the ranch, the recipe fails you. Disappointed. I despise bad service. Yours is the worst.
The product is on a 10yr warranty. We've been calling the company (Nengstar) repeatedly for years to come ensure its installed correctly and working correctly. No answer. It's winter, there's loadshedding - they claim there product is superior. But it's poor and pathetic. Wouldn't recommend them. The absolute worst post sales service. Scam alert.
There is absolutely no joy in dealing with FNB. Trying to resolve a home loan matter over 12 months old was THE WoRSt. This business and their staff don't care about their customers at all. FNB lacks adherence to TCF principles. It's been two months of me trying to sincerely request that they assist with updating my credit profile across the bureas, which is a request a made over a year ago and they assured me they'd resolved. Vangile Tshabalala, Valencia Mohlala, & Sisanda have been the most unpleasant people to work with. They haven't responded to my emails in the entire 2 month period. Everytime I contact the call center they tell me ill receive a response in 48hours, and I never have. Everything about this business is unpleasant. FNB Home Loans, specifically their legal department lack professionalism and decency. Please train your staff. I've been more than patient - Please let me know what i need to do to receive service from you.
