Thulasizwe Dladla assisted me with logging a claim swiftly and beyond that he looked at my cover and advised me accordingly. Even the updates I agreed to do were actioned swiftly, what an excellent service I'm happy!
Adidas online, I placed an order on the 21-11-2024 , it is still not shipped yet upon ordering confirmation said it will take 2 to 3 working days. I called and they said they escalated but it is still showing same status.
I have been following my claim closely and now it is stuck in payments status. When I ask I'm told different dates and today it has reached the 7 to 14 days working days.
I logged a ***** case at FNB on the 7th of May2024, I have only received one update and I had to request it twice. I call them and get a false response to say they will respond in the next 24 to 48 hours and they never respond and the consultant assigned does not respond on my email as well.
I booked two tickets, Eagle Liner rude consultant calls my brothers(passengers) 4 hours before departure time telling them to go 70 km away to catch a bus there and when my brother tells her to refund because they cant make it there, she says they will refund after a month and drops the call. I further call them and no avail till I reached them on whats app where they are saying we must wait 15 to 20 working days yet they are the ones who did the change. Dont book this bus its bull rubbish and they scam people
At Maxprop there is no professionalism and and adherence I managed my brothers move and he moved in on the 29th of July and Joseph the agent said the inspection is done he can move in only to discover that there is no water the whole weekend and later we discovered that there was no geyser. even now he is still using cold water Joseph is not picking up his phone since Friday and and Lihle is giving me attitude when ask about timelines yet they they exposed my brother to a risk who can leave with no water.
I returned the car and even got the refund deposit back now they just keep on deducting money from my account that they have already taken from the deposit. The sad thing is that they are saying I will get it back from 7 to 14 working days yet it’s their error. I don’t have money waiting for them to make errors and when I challenge that they don’t respond
I have cancelled a Policy with old Mutual and there were supposed to pay me within 21 working days and they are not, instead they are telling me to wait for feedback no timelines no nothing
