Reason being that they have messed up my perfect credit score due to their own mistake, I emailed proof (zero response as usual) that there was money in my account as I do have an overdraft facility and phoned multiple times (which the vodacom employee having an attitude towards me) after they did not deduct the monthly premium and continued to penalize me with a fine and marked my credit score incorrect due to their own technical issue. When trying to cancel my contract the operator mohamed (terrible atitude)refused to listen to me and went on for 40min to not cancel???
Have been with them for about 17years and haven't had any issues whatsoever, very happy customer 😀
Good day, firstly i am truly disgusted at the service received from Renault Motus Tokai in cape town. Don't even know where to start with the long list of wrong doings. -The mechanic smashed the car while doing roadworthy -Sales manager Wavel **** about the exact damage that was done, he said it was ONLY the bumper and light to be fixed. Asked multiple times for pictures of damage to find out *pic attached -then said this would take a week or two to fix then took more than a month with me having to ask them weekly on the progress with no to little response - also had to ask for license plate on loan car multiple times as well as temporary plate expired for a second time around with the response of its ok if trade plate expires i won't get a fine??? Then sales person lying about having the number plates for loan car and messing me around daily to have them fitted with not even getting it done by the time i got my car back. - i told the manager wavel what was going on and still nothing was done to assist - finally getting my car back then again with no number plates while it was in panel shop for a month to find out roadworthy has expired and they have number plates with no disk? Then having to give me a second temp plate after having to ask for this multiple times. Going to expire for a third time in 5 days and not getting feedback on when to expect plates? - the bumper started to peel and have asked more than 20 times for the report of what was done in the accident to know what is guaranteed again with little to no response from sales person CJ or Wavel on the report. Please can ANYONE in the whole of Renault please send me report of what was done to fix their accident and tell me how long guarantee i have on the work that was done and get my car fitted with plates?
Shocking service, product Quality and returns! I placed an online order 3 weeks ago and the washing machine soap dispensor leaks, the lamp had missing parts and completely not what I ordered, the smart tv stick was faulty... did an online return with NO feedback and when going to the store physically return they only credited one item and said i have to wait for driver to pick up lamp. When selecting "Replace" for the smart tv stick (withing the 14 day return policy) Makro decided they would rather let a driver collect to have it inspected... In general the communication from their side is horrific and basically zero to none response, besides all this had tremendous issues with their online return features where it does not work or the system is malfunctioning. I have not dared to say anything to them regarding the washing mashine as having it fixed out of my own pocket is less frustrating dealing with them...
Extremely poor service and false advertising, I have logged numerous tickets to change address with no luck and even tried calling without any answer. When cancelation is done they charge you for the "free" UPS,Router & Installation (which was never done as it was plug and play) They deducted my account with R2900 when I didn't want to cancel initially. Regular issues with super slow speeds according to subscribed package. Decided to cancel in the end and paying a ridiculous amount....

My tickets were paid for in July and Level 4 Lockdown was announced by the PRESIDENT, When someone finally helped me after holding on for an hour they said I have to PAY AN ADDITIONAL OF HANDLING FEE of R500 or they won't rebook my ticket at all. So either I pay or I loose what I have already paid for due to no fault of my own? They are completely useless as then i had to phone the airline directly myself to open the the ticket so that they can make the change,why the handle fee if i have to do most of the work??? Will never use them again!!!!
Absolutely horrifying service... my 1st order was 3 and half hours late and tried it a second time today and this time 4 hours late??? No feedback or response from checkers either... refuse to use the checkers60 app again and will not recommend to others :-(
Firstly it was such a mission trying to order one thing and the staff were all useless... then I get a call every day since then about specials, keep on saying they need to remove me from all lists but they keep calling, i have also sent numerous emails to delete my account and no response as usual. Does the POPIA act protect us against this type of harrassment?
Worst service anyone can imagine - repair took more than 3 weeks after it was suppose to be less than one week and he arranged delivery on several different occasions and either not showing up or not responding! When eventually showing up 5 hours after promised time they arrived completely drunk 9:30 at night hardly being able to walk and alcohol bottels falling out of truck... total disgrace...
