Excellent customer service. Latest devices at the most competitive prices. Even when an item was out of stock, assisted with alternatives. Items were also dispatched and delivered sooner than anticipated. This is definitely the place to purchase your Kindle and any accessories from without a doubt.
This company appears to be used by TWT but their service has by far been the worst I have experienced as a client. If you need something done that they offer... I suggest you find someone else instead! Save yourself the time and money and choose somebody who at least has the courtesy of returning calls to provide feedback. Stay away!
I subscribed to this service last year because when it was sold to me the perks and benefits wee made to sound fantastic. It has by far been the worst product/service I have ever subscribed to. They mess up - they don't ever call you back - they keep giving you excuses - you have to keep calling in to follow up on their services that you have paid for! I will never recommend this service to anyone - do not waste your money on this monthly subscription service! Throwing your money away into the trash monthly will yield the same results as subscribing to this service. Stay away from these guys!
We had requested settlement figures in October from Standard Bank for a bond settlement and were awaiting the Title deeds. I have now been informed that the title deeds are misplaced they are awaiting the certified copies of those documents. How can a bank lose your title deed? Even is that is normal (I don't know how it could be) how long does it take to obtain the certified copy since we have been waiting from October already?
My wife (who is not linked to my Edgars account in any way) has received two calls from Edgars, one on Friday 29-05-2020 and one today 01-06-2020, about MY account being in arrears. I do not know how they have her cell number instead of mine as she does not even have her own Edgars account. I had paid my account on 18th May 2020 and when I check via the USSD system my Installment Due is also displaying as R0.00. Please stop harassing me when I have paid my account and please have someone contact me ASAP to assist in closing my account as the incompetence is unacceptable as well as the rude agents who call us, when they are informed that the account is paid and they decide to have a horrible attitude on the phone. Your service is DISGUSTING Edgars!!!!!
My parcel was out for delivery on Thursday 29th November. Never received it. Then according to the tracking system it was back at the courier company on Thursday. Called on Friday around noon and was told they will follow up and call me back. At around 15:30 I called back because no one had called me and was told that it would definitely not be delivered today (Friday) but instead on Monday. This, to me, meant I could leave the office as my delivery was confirmed for Monday. Around 16:30 on Friday, as I was almost reaching home I receive a call that my delivery is at the office. I was extremely happy to wait for my delivery until the close of business if I had not been incorrectly advised that my delivery is confirmed for Monday. Now I call in to find out where my order is and they tell me it's with the courier company because our office mailroom does not have it. Where is my order Incredible Confusion?
<p>My bill this month is almost 3 times the normal amount. This includes an excessive data charge over and above the 4gigs data bundle purchased. I would like a detailed list of data usage for my number as I had purchased additional data bundles to avoid an issue of this sort.</p>
<p>My father passed away in the latter part of August 2016. Glocell was notified before September 2016 of this passing. His cell number was immediately barred and we were asked for certain documents. After having received the documents from the funeral parlour once they had registered the death at Home Affairs we sent it through to Glocell (2nd September 2016)</p> <p>Almost 2 weeks later (13th September 2016) Glocell sent through a cancellation form and advised in the email that there was a 30 day notice period.</p> <p>I cannot believe that in the case of death there is still a 30 day notice period and not a pro-rated cancellation amount.</p> <p> </p> <p>I subsequently queried the 30 day notice period as below:</p> <p>Is it effective from:<br />1. the day you were notified of the deceased's passing? (30th/31st August 2016)<br />2. the day the number was barred? (30th/31st August 2016)<br />3. the day you received the death certificate? (2nd September 2016)<br />4. the day you receive the termination of subscriber agreement? If you (Glocell) are not willing to assist then we will block your debit order while you stall to be able to milk more money out of a deceased person. I cancelled my DSTV subscription for it to end in December 2015. I was billed on 28th December for the last time as agreed upon.<br> January went by and I was not billed which was correct and suddenly yesterday I was billed by Multichoice.<br> I would like to know why an inactive account is being billed or did someone decide to suddenly activate my account without my consent for me to be billed?<br> #PayBackTheMoney
I ordered an item from Takealot which was sourced through a supplier. After having a delivery issue the item was eventually delivered to me and turned out to be something completely different from what I had ordered.<br> I processed a return and was refunded for the item in credit from Takealot's site.<br> <br> Since I had no choice but to use that credit on the site instead of getting my money back to spend elsewhere I purchased the item again from Takealot through another supplier at a slightly higher price. Again upon delivery I see the item was still the incorrect item.<br> <br> I have now processed another return and am not sure whether I will be getting the correct item or will have to order again from Takealot and hope that the 3rd time is lucky.
