Customer service has improved

I'd like to give a shout of to Koketso at Vodacom Wonderpark. She managed to attend and sort out my query in less than an hour while she was still patient with me during this process and she also has good customer skills. she was helpful to other customers too. much appreciated

Very Useless
RMI has proven to be very useless in terms of protecting customers and being fair. Tumelo Lekoloane was very unprofessional and had to repeatedly beg him to look into a case where not only myself but other consumers also who had an issue with a particular mechanic workshop who literally broke peoples engines and wanted more money from customers as myself.

Save your money and headache or rather buy somewhere else.
Reported a fault on the power inverter I bought here on the 16th of November 2022 and till this day I have no gotten any assistance on the matter as it is still under warranty.
