I don’t know why this airlines has alot of negative reviews in fact these reviews gave me some anxiety prior to my flight with Turkish Airlines. We flew with Turkish Airlines from Johannesburg to Istanbul i had a long lay over when we landed we proceeded to the arrivals took an uber to see some tourists attractions and back at the airport for our connecting flight to Munich. The Flight to Istanbul was super nice,nice food, nice cabin crew members,generous drinks were offered and their airline onboard entertainment was okay,watched some movies i missed on circuit. The flight from Istanbul to Munich was small aircraft ,took less than 2 hours,comfortable flight and once again awesome crew members. Our luggage was landed with us on time in Munich and was not lost or delayed as many reviewers allege. Furthermore our flight from Berlin was on time and we were delayed but they were so kind to allow is to board the flight and check in our luggage we never experienced the bad attitudes that some reviews here allege instead we experienced friendly and professional Turkish Airline staff members throughout our flights . The flight was pleasant from Berlin to Istanbul and again we had a lay over we proceeded to arrivals and went to the hotel ,rest and took up a site-seeing tour . We did not male use of the free Turkish Airline tours because im very familiar with Istanbul and i can navigate myself besides the times they were offering were not best suitable for us. So i will continue to fly with them especially for European trips bcos of their network close to Europe and i love their blankets ,good quality,beautiful and crafted blankets .
Initially took a contract, was told my order was on back office, made numerous enquiries was told the same story until i cslled again on the 13 October 2022 and was assisted by Ms Zilindile Gxoyiya, what an amazing person, she tracked my order, turns out its not what i thought it was, i cancealled it, took out a new one but here is a bonus service i received, she went through depths to check order and colors available, she was patient on the line. As tedious as this activity it is she was calm, patient and exercised full professionalism, explained everything to detail and i felt very confident in taking this new revised contract. Thank You Ms Gxoyiya and keep up the great work!! Bravo.
I started at Mafikeng Mall, received superb service , Pharmacist made a call to Clicks Crossing to asked them to set aside medication that the store (Mafikeng Mall) ran out of, she confirmed with me that the medication was set aside, unfortunately this happened during close to closure of trading hours, following day went to the Clicks Crossing store, stood there for 45 mins, when it was my time to be assisted, i was told the medication not available, i was assisted by Molamu(dispenser) , i said never , not when Mafikeng Mall called you whilst i was there and i came here stood in the line for 45 mins only to be told such? I asked who was working yesterday around the time of the call?i asked them to ask her colleagues about such, i asked for the pharmacist on duty, she came and told be some story that they cant find it, i said its there, set aside for me, pls ask around,at time i was growing annoyed, it was eventually found. Earlier last week i experienced same poor service at this store, pharmacist on duty could not locate my prescription, he was lost and confused, had to ask assistants how to use or navigate himself on the computer, a whole pharmacist. I told him previously i normally take this medication at Netcare Clicks, unfortunately now im not in Pretoria close to a Netcare. He was shocked that clicks has pharmacies at Netcare hospitals. Thias guy could not even navigate himself on the system, he kept asking for assistant from pharmacy assistant. I suspect Clicks group does not take this Town/City Clicks stores seriously subsequently the incompetence that is shown by clicks store staffers. I will never set my foot at clicks store ever again especially in Mafikeng crossing.
I made a call to OMGS , a customer care agent answered , her name was Mellissa , she dismissed me when i made inquiries about nominating beneficiaries , she simply said, your beneficiaries can buy some estate for R500 and have access to the funds if something happens to me, i brought it to her attention that , the reason im inquiring about such i would like a seamless process and im opting to use the available policy beneficiary list, she dropped my call, she had my numbers because she did some verification of my mobile number and e mail, up until today she has not called me back, she simply sent an e mail of beneficiary nomination. She also strongly suggested i withdraw the fund value, i said NO, reason i took it up was for future savings not to withdraw it. I felt this person is misplaced at her position, she lacks professionalism etiquette and financial advisory orientation. I was shocked at her behavior, i thought how many OMSA clients come across with such behavior and are misled and simply dismissed. Why would she not allow me to have a seamless beneficiary nomination when its freely available?why would she want to advance R500 to purchase a estate as she puts it for my beneficiaries to access what is due to them?Further, she was also dismissive when i ask her about the fund mature value. I was later assisted by a willing person Fieska who explained everything and exercised some patience and suggested i download the app to keep tabs on the fund value and other information or updates. I felt racially prejudiced and profiled, maybe she is used to my ethnic group being ignorant over such , but i took a serious offence over her dismissals. I challenge the OMSA to retrieve tapes to be made accessible to me and to her so i can verify these allegations.
Ryan Garson was able to assist me and think outside the box to solve my 2020 paid up motor vehicle finance within few minutes, after been told to send POP numerous times for my E Natis papers and with claims that its not received. This gentlemen solved it within few minutes. Keep up!
Took my car for brake fluid flush service. The service rendered on my car was Professional and came with workmanship guarantee. Shelley and Moses were very nice, honest and very engaging about the car. Car was washed and drives perfectly. Will certainly use them again for car related services. These people service and passion is amazing. Keep it up guys.
Sfiso Makhanya handled my refund with full professionalism and was very prompt. This was an error caused by his colleague N Dlaldla,NolwaziD. I wish he could extend such professionalism to his other colleagues such as Prudence N Dladla and NolwaziD,TshidisoM , Victor Manthatha these people do not have a clue ,understanding of their job. They lacks professionalism, sense of urgency ,never revert to clients, clients have to be the one who do the follow ups with her ,even now im still waiting for my medicals reports to confirm my actual premiums and see what the actuaries used to determine the premuims, failure for such transparency i will be subjected to random, subjective, irrational premium hikes with no rational explanation, Yes we know these things, we are aware of them, we are not all of us are your ignorant clients you take advantage over. I have sent them numerous e mails with no responses ,they are pathetic and disgrace to a company that the founding member Adrian Gore worked so hard to build and compete with other institutions. I hate the fact that my Discovery life cover broker was Prudence Dladla Inc honesty she does not deserve the commission on this deal , I have all the correspondences supporting my claims against her, all of them are on e mails. I hope this review will be expidited and brought to their attention or even to the CEO
I made a telephonic query regarding a Audi Extended Freeway plan for a car that i envisage to buy, was assisted by Ziya. Very professional, very prompt in her replies. Keep up the good work.
On the 07 April 2021 we booked at the above mentioned establishment through Bookings.com a Premuim International Booking App. Our confirmation number was 3515113861. The booking was for 1 night only prior to that we stayed at the establishment for two nights dated 27 and 28 and again on the 29 of March 2021 ,these bookings were under my name and booked under Booking.com. As mentioned earlier the 7th April booking was for one night. on the following day when we were due to check out ,I was rudely interrupted and harassed by series of calls from the hotel room landline whilst I was on work related online meetings , I had to excuse myself from this meeting that I have scheduled for this appropriate times due to my travel commitments. I take my job very serious as i hold a serious position in my company , the manner in which i was harassed and interrupted by the reception calls brought some disrepute to myself due to the fact that my colleagues had to prepare for this meeting to cater for my travel arrangement as i was due to travel on this day and wont be able to have much comfortable time for an online meeting. What shocked me the most was the fact that the check out time is 11 am , the reception called me at 09h56 am to indicate to me or rather to remind me about the check out time . When I raised this issue with him on the phone he said its a reminder , i then hanged up because i was very upset, after my work online meeting i packed my belongings headed to the reception to check out , and confronted him about this issue ,his response was more shocking ,he displayed strong rude ,corky behaviour and lacked remorse for his action. Upon inspecting his name badge i saw that his title says Janse Van Rensburg Manager, i immediately asked him to call senior manager ,Donovan came and just stood there and witnessed the strong verbal gesture and language exchanges ,he did nothing. At this juncture my day was ruined ,my work ethic was on the spotlight with my employer , my work involves alot of professionalism and all of this was compromised by this Janse Van Rensburg Manager . I suspect he is racist because his actions are racist and he definitely lacked guest etiquette .Its shocking that a premuim hotel can have such person as its manager, a rude, racist ,condescending manager. This is a total disgrace . Its obvious this experience will be shared with my friends, the public across all my social media platforms .They need to know that this establishment is racist and harassses its guests. The Western Cape often is flagged as a racist province and my experience at this hotel confirmed such, i will do everything in my possession to alert other black profesionals and various political parties about this harassment incident so it never occurs again. SA is a constitutional democracy that protects rights of everyone ,it has no room for racists like Cape Town Lodge Hotel and its managers Janse Van Rensburg and the apologetic Donovan . I wont be subjected to such not in my country!!!
