Dis-Chem Pharmacy Douglasdale Shocking Service. My Wife has a standing prescription that is chronic medication. Every month there is an issue with Medications. Just recently she places an order for her monthly Medications and 2 of 3 gets delivered. No calls, no assistance etc from Dischem Douglasdale. We call and they tell us it's not their issue, they out of stock and that to increase the dosage from the stock they have requires another script. How do we do that on a weekend. If you told us during the week or weeks before due to your issue of out of stock of items, when you know you have on standing orders then we can do something. But you as Dischem should know what Medications are required and do this. Staff unhelpful and this branch always has issues. Fix it. Shocking Service.
Steers Grosvenor Crossing SHOCKING SERVICE 7:24pm = Ordered placed. Stay 4.5km = 8min drive at 50km/h. Approx 6 x Phone Calls to find out where order was, Staff were incredibly Rude. Staff said the Driver is driving a Motor Bike and that they have to drive slow. 9:14 = Driver arrived in a MOTOR CAR ?!? 1 hour 50min. Driver stated there was many accidents on route (google indicates no accidents). Food is Disgusting and ice Cold. SEEMS THIS BRANCH HAS A HABIT OF BAD SERVICE. SEE OTHER COMMENTS on Google Maps.
SHOCKING SERVICE - No Fibre / Internet for 3 days. Cancelled my Account End January 2019. Cancellation Period = February 2019. Mid-Night Thursday 28 February 2019, my Fibre line was MEANT to be released Reference B440014*** Fibre Line still has NOT been released by AXXESS. Which means I cannot activate my Fibre Line with ISP as the Fibre Line is still held by Axxess. I called Axxess Friday 1 March 2019, was told it was released. It was NOT. I called Axxess Saturday 2 March 2019, was told "we" cannot help you till Monday. = No Internet Access Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday = 4 Days. Unacceptable

Samsung Is NOT brining in the 256GB version of the new Samsung S9 Plus. This is Shocking. Every year they don't bring in certain models. We want the 256GB version!!

No fault of OpenServe, just the area's infrastructure needed a major overhaul (Roads to be dug up, underground cables laid, permissions granted by Roads agencies, Complex’s etc.) – People don’t realise the effort it takes for this.</p> <p>My FTTH finally got installed this past week – Woooo Hoooo J</p> <p> </p> <p>SERVICE:</p> <p>Huawei is the subcontractor and the ones that roll out the infrastructure, based on OpenServe’s planning.</p> <p>OpenServe & Huawei were in contact with me / kept me in the loop all the way through the process.</p> <p>OpenServe & Huawei got me involved to work with them to get the fibre implemented into my road and neighbouring roads.</p> <p> </p> <p>UNBELIEVE SERVICE:</p> <p>We are all very quick to critise, BUT…..</p> <p>OpenServe & Huawei over the last 3 years and up and till my FTTH got installed have provided me with World-Class Service.</p> <p>OpenServe & Huawei were totally professional, committed and extremely dedicated to servicing their customers (and me).</p> <p>I can honestly say that I am Extremely Thankful, Overwhelmed and Impressed.</p> <p>Well Done to the Teams in OpenServe & Huawei.</p> <p>(You know who you all are - Names withheld, as I don’t think they would want people contacting them directly).</p> <p>#Telkomsa #Huawei #OpenServe</p> <p>@Telkomsa @Huawei @OpenServe</p>
