We arrived at Gold Reef City at 8:20 on Saturday 12th October. The queuewas atleast 50m long already. Once the gates opened at 9am we rushed to one of the rides, only to be told it opens at 9:30… 3 of the main rides were not working plus the queues were atleast 50-100m long by 10:30. I believe that the theme park selling way too many tickets and they are more interested in profit than actually client satisfaction! It was a horrible experience.
Good day, I booked into the Cabanas on Sunday 26th December, i am currently still here and will be leaving on Wednesday 29th December. On Monday 27th December we smelt a bad smell coming from the ceiling across the bathroom in the room. We requested that they come and find the source of the horrible stench, Up to now 2 days later nothing has changed and we have not been offered the chance to move rooms!!! I am very disappointed and will never visit the Cabanas again!!! My room number is 2336 if the manager is willing to see us!
Very disappointing that Miway did a debit order today the 23rd of November when they are only supposed to debit my account on the 28th of the month as per my contract. I would like the money reimbursed into my account by tomorrow morning, otherwise i will take this much further.
Good afternoon, I was very disappointed when my brother-in-law went to go and cut his hair at the Barber SA in the Mall of the North shop only to find the barber saying that the machine can not cut his hair as it is curly. I have always cut my hair at the Barber SA but after this experience i will never use their service again. Please advise as to what type of hair you must have for people to use your service.
Miway increased my premiums by R1100 without giving me a call to let me know. i have tried to contact someone from Miway for a week now but no one gets back to me! Please can someone from Miway call me back ASAP!

I m flying to Dubai on the 16 Feb 2018. 2 weeks ago i submitted my wifes passport so that they could change the surname on the ticket. Up until now Emirates have the wrong surname on the ticket. I need to do the VISAS ASAP. I was promised the new tickets by saturday morning but nothing came through. Please call me ASAP. Im Gatvol now!!!
<p>Good evening, last week Tuesday we dropped the Ford fiesta that we had hired for 6 days back at Cape Town International Airport. The car was checked and everything seemed to be inorder as the person checking the car told me all was in order, meaning no damage etc... On Wednesday i received a claim stating that the number plate was damaged /missing. I have called Tempest several times. They take down my number but no one gets back to me. I want my full refund as the car was checked by the tempest personnal all all was in order. You cannot come back a day later and say that there was damage that i knew nothing about! This is totally unacceptable. </p>
<p>I ordered a four (4) tee-shirts on the 6th January 2017. On the 19th of January i logged in to my account and it showed that the parcel was already delivered. I have not received this parcel as yet. I have made numerous telephone calls to Runway sale but everyone tells me the same thing. They say 'it was sent back to them and they will get back me'. This does not happen as i give them a call every week. I need this to be resolved ASAP.</p>
