Hi Hisense The Mobile Phone U963 - Hisense is a Piece of **** ! I've Recently purchased this phone from Cradle stone Pick and Pay . As a temporary phone while I wait for my new phone to be delivered from Vodacom . Current phone is broken . Not aware that the phone is networked locked . The shop clerks at Pick and Pay - Cradle stone also did not notify me . ( Why would you make anything networked Locked in 2021 ???? ) Now I cant make any calls ,thank you - for this during December Please don't sell piece of **** phones like this . I know it's only R899.00 for the phone but that is alot of money for someone like me . And stuck during covid Isolation . Please can you explain to me how is its possible that FNB cant send me the application or contract I signed (Or ticked ) when choosing a device from fnb . I did it online so that I can always ask for the documents if they have no record of my contract how are they allowed to deduct the money from my account . <br> <br> Please clarify this as soon as possible !!!!<br>

Its been more then six months since we requested an internet line from Telkom . Still no internet . I can say with certainty that you are the worst service provider that I have come tried to use ! Is it that difficult to provide a customer with what products that you offer ?
