I went to buy the family dinner at ocean basket woodlands, i bought a platter for two as a takeaway but when i arrived home the pumpkin was off and the fish was so hard as if I’m eating chicken. I am not happy with the food because they went to waste, that is R285 loss on my side.
I went to buy two double quarter pounders by the mcdonalds in woodlands mall pretoria east and it was a drive through, on arrival of where i waa going I realized thet i took the ZZ

I bought a Defy top loader washing last year August because they had advertised that you automatically get a free holiday on purchase. Needless to say it's been months off trying to get hold the company in question to get our holiday booked. We were supposed to be on holiday this past week and no one has responded to either of the emails I have sent regarding our booking, I've even gone as far going back to the store I bought the washing machine to get assistance to no avail. I feel that Defy has been misleading, it advertised a holiday to get people to buy their appliances with no intention on holding their end of the bargain. It's disgusting that a big brand like them can stoop to such.

We were booked into Protea Hotel Mafikeng from the 21st April till 23rd April. Upon arrival our room was up to standard,we were also given a baby cot as requested. Come Saturday morning I realized that the cot that they gave us the bedding was not fresh as had a certain smell and there we long hair strands in it. The bottle water that were we given had still written on it but when we drank it we discovered that the glass bottle was filled with tap water. We left for the day and when we came back the linen in cot was not changed or made, the milk was not replaced as we had tea before we left and the PLASTIC shower cap that my wife used in the morning was dried left there for her to reuse. I am highly disappointed at the service we received as having been at other Protea Hotels, the service at Mafikeng was not on par. It's a pity that it's one of two hotels in mafikeng that a person can book into and it being such a reputable beand I did not expect such poor, disappointing service.

i bought a slumberland bed from Morkels in 2014 December and it gave me problems in 2015 February, two months after purchase and they changed it. But this one is worse, its so uncomfortable and you can feel the springs when you are sleeping. I dont know if they make 6 months bed and after 6 months you must change it or what. But clearly they dont make long term furniture.

i went to buy chips at the fish and chips co at Mooikloof Village and when i got to my house which is literally in front of the fish and chips co i realised that the chips are so hard and burnt so i decided to go back to the shop to return them and when i got the i was received with such a bad attitude from the manager of the store telling me that she will not help me and she will not even change the chips, she didint even give me a chance to explain. she literally told me that i must check the chips before i leave the store one by one, i must take them out of the box and check them every time and then she said if it was a white person they would have checked them. That ***** is ****ing racist and disrectful to customers. She even told that the owner of the shop will tell me the same if i called him. And when i did the owner didnt take my calls and he even switched off his phone, thats if the number she provided was the owners. I am so disappointed and irritated by Fish and chips co, and i will go out of my way to ruin their reputation just like they wasted my time and petrol.

i paid R10 000 to this furniture removal company and they were so nice to me before i paid but immediately after i paid the owner of the business Victor, he started to ignore my calls and he doesn't even want to give me an invoice. Im starting to wonder if this business is even registered

I'm responding to Alice van der merwe , who responded to my complain on hello peter yesterday and you said I owe R1778.15 how did you get to that amount because the contract I took out is R889 per month? ? And then last night I got an sms from mtn again telling me I owe R2231.37, how can your systems not correspond? Why are there so many different amounts that I owe you guys? Please stop ripping people off, the only amount that I owe you people is R889 plus R99 for connection fee and that is what I was told at the store. I am willing to deposit that amount R988, any other amount besides that we will have to take this matter to court or I pay for what I have used so far and you take your laptop back!! I am really sick and tired of this nonsense network and you deceiving people. I went through the complaints of people on hello peter regarding MTN and it's always the same thing, deducting money that is not yours!! Just let me pay for what I have used thus far and take your laptop.
I took out a contract with MTN on the 27 February 2016 for a Apple Macbook. They told me that the contract will be debited on the 25 of every month and the 1st deduction will be on the 25 March 2016 , however when it was the 27 of March and the deduction had not been made, I decided to go to the store where I took my contract and inquire as to why they did not take out the money. When they checked on their system using the contract number they gave me, it appeared that I am sharing my account with someone because it was showing my surname and someone else and it was also showing a ridiculous amount of money, so the consultant was shocked even herself and she referred me to dial 808 and ask to talk to the contract department so that they can solve this issue because she couldn't but I have been calling those people since the 27 March 2016 till today and they are forever offline and can't help. It's so funny how MTN goes out of their way to entice people and call them to take contracts with them and when they do the now don't care because they made their money. I have never seen such a rip off and I regret taking a contract with MTN, they disgust me.
I went to telkom in mafikeng mall in the north west province to open a contract on a Apple Macbook Air that I saw on their catalogue and it was advertised with a MIFI router, when I get to the store they told me that I won't be getting the router instead they are giving me a dongle because the catalogue was printed by mistake, it wasn't supposed to be a router. Then I called the head office and spoke to one consultant who said to me the people in mafikeng store are lying and they should give me that router because it is what I saw on the book. Then I called the mafikeng store 6 days after I was approved for the contract and they said they are ordering the laptop, when I called to check on the status of my laptop they tell me it is out of stock. Which made me wonder when where they going to call me to tell me that if I had not called them myself. I am very disappointed by the service of telkom.
