I placed an online order for 4 products. Sounds simple. I recieved 4 separate emails and then 16 separate lines of communication for the 4 products it was a management nightmare. Then the 4 products all came with different couriers and at different times so I had to arrange that someone was at the venue for delivery for an entire week. One product was not delived the sms line ignored my request for information and kept saying the order (which only has one order number) had been delivered. The 1/4 of the order is still outstanding and the sms line says they have delivered. after escalating the issue the admit telephonically that the order hasn’t been delived and hasn’t even been collected from the supplier. This has been an absolute nightmare and I wouldn’t order from them online they have zero client service or way of tracking the order you place and it’s not effortless or cost efficient.
Medicross Tableview is possibly the worst doctor I have been too. Recently my partner and I both saw a doctor who prescribed the completely incorrect chronic meds because the record of our visits don’t exist. We have been using the same prescription from them for 5 years. They didn’t even consider we could have covid we both tested positive the following week when we hadn’t recovered. waited 30 min for our appointment and then the follow up appointment arrived to find it had been cancelled without any notice
The booking system is redundant the book you like an airline books passengers over filling slots too close together so the waiting room is packed and appointments run hours late. The admin staff are incredibly rude and disorganized amd the receptionist is very disrespectful disorganized and rude. It’s like going on a date to a fast food restaurant cheap load and leaves you feeling bloated.
Tablebay mall service is horrible. 6 hours of staring around only to be dismissed and treated horribly by Cobus. Totally awful do not go near them. Cobus treated me like I was his wife he could scream at it was seriously horrid. Zero professional service.
A man who works for Damen Shipyards has admitted to me that they are bringing ships/boats into the country that do NOT meet the standards that SADF set for South African companies. They get around this by offering gifts to the people in power. It’s revolting these guys are selling weapons from our sea port. Paul Lenard claims they get away with ‘******’ and don’t have to follow the rules. Two weeks ago they brought in boats that’s were not of the correct standard and were already fitted with parts that are not legal. He also claims that he was in a meeting with the sadf two weeks ago and ‘got the company out of trouble’ but supporting charities that he was told too. This is shocking to me.
Terrible service Malmesbury shop Loads of sales men no one wants to actually help it’s taken 3 days to not get a quote emailed to me. The 3 rd attempt was my last. Don’t bother they certainly aren’t short of business
Zurich with the agent has not handled payment of a simple claim nor have theory bothered to return a phone call

Sold a tablet by blackmail. Consultant used my acc to tell my husband what I am spending on data threatening to disclose my usage if I didn't by product. Product arrived. We had to drive to postnet to send a fax copy of id. Sigh. We are on a farm. 2x. It's now 48 hrs and not a second of info provided on how to use new purchase. Phone vodacom it's not their problem their activation is by cell phone. And with tears in my eyes I beg u where?? Where do u tell me this??? Where do I know I have to call u?? Dude! Gerard grobler answers my call from pe call centre 'sorry madam u have to call between 8-5 awsome he gives me incorrect no to dial after stressing this is not his problem. Vodacom biatch put this on a piece of paper when u deliver device!!!!
LIBERTY REFUSES TO PAY OUR CLAIM, MY HUSBAND HAD A HUGE PLATE PUT IN HIS ARM, HE DIDNT STAY IN HOSPITAL AS WE COULDNT AFFORD THE EXTRA NIGHT AND HE IS A CHRONES SUFFERER SO HE CANT HAVE ANY PAIN DRUGS OR ANTI INFLAMATORIES ADMINISTERED HE ALSO NEED TO USE THE TOILET FOR HIS CHRONES EVERY 30 MINS AND NEEDS PRIVACY FOR THAT. LIBERTY SAID THE 60 K OP WAS CONSIDERED SERIOUS AND WONT PAY. 3 MONTHS TO GET FEEDBACK AND THEY WONT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE US PERSONALLY.
