Yesterday, I purchased a pair of branded sneakers for my daughter; unfortunately, they were too small. Today, when I returned to exchange them, I was sent from one store to another and back again, wasting my time and petrol. I want to stress that Tekkie Town is not the only place to buy branded items; we choose to shop with you because we support your store, not because you are doing us a favor. Specifically, I interacted with a staff member, CATE , who did not provide the support I expected. This entire experience was extremely inconvenient, and I urge you to improve your staff training so other customers don't go through this. Additionally, I have experienced repeated issues with incorrect or spoiled items in the past. Each time, I face bank charges due to refunds and adjustments, which further adds to my frustration. I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution. I believe that consistent service is crucial, and I hope we can avoid these issues moving forward. On the 22 of November I bought a fridge from Ok furniture. To this day I'm still waiting for it. I went to the shop to get my money back, it's one story after the other. OK please give me back my money or deliver my fridge. How can a customer wait 2 week for just a fridge. I should have gone to other stores as it was cheaper
I have been without an internet connection for a month now, everyday I am told to send proof of payment which I do. They always give a ******* excuse of why it's not working. No metter what happens don't join vumatel they are a ****. I do hope they continue to treat people that why so they can loss customers. What an unprofessional company. Yoh, yoh, yoh beares service is the worst. For 2 years I've been reporting my damaged sofa.nothing has been done. Every month i go into the store and tell them they promise and promise. What I don't get is that I pay this crazy amount for insurance but it help me with nothing. Bears bela bela they speedboat doesn't work when we go pay they tell us to go to Lewis. Like who has time to be running around shop to shop. I want this sofa to be replaced, with all the insurance money I've paid it can be done. Sis it's day light *******. Next I'm taking this complain to tweeter I'm tired of not being serviced
At 7pm I decided to go to nandos BelaBela after work. Because it was a bit cold I though on a gown on top of the clothes I was wearing. They kick me out when I asked why they said Because of my gown. Mxm I mean they could have told me to take it of it's not like I was not wearing anything. The stuff is rude π. Sis nandos you guys need to train you stuff to be polite. Where have you seen someone being told to leave at a restaurant. They could have simple told me to remove my gown. You guy have lost a customer shame and with that stuff I'm very sure you'll lose more
So game Bela Bela puts expired on sale, I want in on the 10th of November 2021 to buy a few thing which I needed. Got my baby one of the Ceres juices, guess what it was on saleπ didn't think much of it picked one up and want on to pay. Luckily I read a story about kids that were killed by eating noodles πππ days later before serving my kids that juice I checked the date and to my surprise it expired π²π²π²questioning myself if everything else that I bought was not expired na she had diarrhea days before ππππ does this Game shop planning on killing usπ€π€π€. I didn't open the Juice and I still have a recipe. Thinking of contesting my lawyer.
Bears bela bela, are very dishonest people, I bought my sofas which delivered and was was promised a free gift with that, a month later still haven't received it. Been calling and what's apping the Manger and every day he promises to deliver my gift and he has never. I told him that because of them being dishonest, they must come take the sofas back and that didn't happen. They don't wanna send my gift and they don't wanna take back their sofas
SMD these people are crooks, I deposited R5000 early this year trying to purchase a car,since I couldn't find what I was looking for, I claimed back my money this was 4 months ago still I have not received it back. On the what's app number they always give me a number which i much call or email to but no one replied. They don't want to give me my money back
For more than 10 years my dad been paying metropolitan life funeral policy, which cavered himself and my mother. I as there son was put as the benefiery. He sadly passed away in 2018, the policy paid out to me,without any problems in 2019 I mom passed on and metropoliton refused to pay out saying my mother didnt choose a benefiery. i had to go out and borrow money which im still paying because they wouldnt pay out.
