Terrible service, I cancelled a booking over a week ago and have not received my refund as yet, every time I call in, they say they will call me back and let me know but nobody calls, seems as they are just not bothered to help clients
Terrible Experience with Green Motion Car rentals in cape town, Do not book with them, 1stly you will not find them waiting for you at the airport, if its your 1st time to book with them, i would recommend you to book with someone else that has an office at the airport so you can find the place and go and collect the car nicely, with green motion its a hunt as you have to call them 100 times to get through to them then some guy will come after 30min of waiting and meet you and take you to the car. When returning the car too, there is nobody there to meet you and receive the car, they tell you to leave the keys in the car under the drivers seat which is such a dangerous thing to do especially in S.A and cape town. Then the deposit, which is the main thing, they take ages to return. Other companies return it within 2-3 days after returning the car. With green motion I am still waiting on the 5th business day and no feedback from them, no invoice, nothing, no deposit returned.....******* company, do not book with them they just going to spoil your trip from the moment you land in cape town, a total no go with them, rather book with Woodford or Avis or Europe car, a reliable company That has an office, stay away from these small companies that cant manage their clients well....
The service I received from standard bank is extremely poor, slow, and terribly shocking, what is the use of their banking app in which it is suppose to allow you to make payments and transactions by yourself but then gets blocked and put on hold and not cleared by the recipients bank, then when you call in or go standard bank itself, you get sent around from one consultant to the next and then they make you phone this department and that department but no one seems to be of any assistance while the funds are hanging in the air waiting for someone to ***** it. Terrible service, I wont recommend anyone to bank with them

i done and online purchase from the hifi corp website on the 19/5/2020 on that day the status of my order showed "Pending SABC Validation" my tv license is valid and fully paid for. Today is the 21/05/2020 and the status still shows "Pending SABC Validation". When i call the number 0860 459 459 i cant get through to anyone to speak to for assistance. nobody answers. Now i have no clue if they going to deliver my TV or not. **** Service, i will never buy anything from them again, nor will i refer people to buy from them. The most Useless and Lazy people are working at the municipality, i have been logging calls for the past 3 months for them to come and fix a pipe leak which they have dug up so deeply into the ground, but not a single person responds to this issue. The massive hole which they have dug is on 53 NELSON MANDELA DRIVE IN RUSTENBURG. Its on the main road of town, surely the MAYOR MPHO drives past in his car that way, as well as the other municipality workers do pass that way, they wont bother to fix it or log the call to send their workers to fix it,as they dont care. ITS A ****EN **** HOLE, PEOPLE ARE FALLING INSIDE THE ****EN HOLE. PEOPLE R DUMPING THEIR ****EN **** IN THAT HOLE. ITS A MAIN ROAD, USE YOUR PEOPLES ****EN BRAINS AND HAVE IT FIXED SO THE TOWN DOESNT LOOK LIKE ****EN KUK.
on the 5th December 2019 the courier guy was to collect a parcel for me from booysens from my supplier, i normaly expect them to deliver the next working day, but this time they were delayed, i did not know the reason for the delay, so i waited for them them either deliver or call me to tell me what the delay was, but nobody bothered, so today 10th December 2019 i logged on the the tracking site to see what the delay was, it showed : "Floor check at Rustenburg facility", so when i called them i was told that the parcel had a note marked "damaged" on it. now its a brand new item picked up from micro sound systems cc, i called micro sound and they told me when it left them it was packaged properly in a box and sealed and was 100% in perfect brand new working condition. up to now i haven't seen my item as the courier guy company does not want to bring it to me, it seems to me as though someone there who was handling my item damaged it and doesn't want to own up. if this is the case with them they need to be taken to court for this. this is real rubbish service. they need to pay for the item as this is an order for my client and its almost R3000. My client is not going to pay for another order of the same item, nor am i going to fork out another R3000 for the same item that the courier guy damaged, the courier guy must pay for that item, i will send them the invoice for refund.
Yesterday 20/6/2019 at 16:18pm, i went to deposit money at fnb branch Boom Street in Rustenburg, Since they don't allow us to deposit inside at the tellers, i had to go outside to the atm, so while depositing the money, the machine began to count the cash, as its busy counting, the entire atm switched off and re-booted midway during the deposit, when it started up again it was as just back to the start screen, so my R6000 cash was swallowed by the useless fnb atm, the security tried to assist n jus printed a lost/stolen card ticket, What kind of nonsense system are they using???? if they want to implement a system where they dont have a hands on with humans by dealing with clients face to face, they should ensure that the machinery doing the work is reliable i am highly upset about this, i want my R6000 back. if a bank is doing things like this, its crookery and thievary, Can someone from FNB please contact me so i get my R6000 back. my number is 072-658-7038
I done a sim swop on saturday morning 15 december 2018 , the consultant told me at 3pm the sim card will be ready to use, when i tried at 3 pm even after that it did not work, thereafter i called in several times to 082 135, they kept telling me that a service guy will call me within 1 hour to 4 hours, but no 1 called at all, then sunday i called in several time again, and again i was told the same ****, monday same story they keep saying we will call you back, Now today 18 december 2018, i called in again, she tells me i must call ********** 530 they can help me same time, but when i phone that number it just rings, nobody answers. vodacom is full of ****.
<p>I have a package that came into South Africa on the 19 June 2017, upto this day i have not received the package NOR does anyone from tnt want to give me an update of whats going on. </p> <p>Everytime i call (called over 100 times) no one answers the call, finally after many many tries of calling, when the lady answers, she says they "OFFLINE". The lady (Mininhle) who is dealing with my order does not have the decency to call back or reply to my emails at all. I am very upset at their service, i will never use tnt again nor will i ever recommend others to use TNT. THEY ARE USELESS!!!!!</p> <p>mY PACKAGE IS STUCK WITH THEM AND I NEED IT URGENTLY </p>
