I am so disappointed in the service I have been receiving from Unity Health. Apparently my benefits has been suspended due to missed premiums, as they claim. The funds has been in my account since 20/12/25 for the debit that was supposed to be deducted on 31/12/25. I have checked my statement, no debit order was attempted, nor was it declined by my bank as I received no msg from my bank informing me of insufficient funds. Now they claim that there was no funds in my account, the funds is still there. My benefits has now been suspended to due their incompetence and someone not doing their job properly. This was also not the 1st time that my debit order hasn't been deducted. They then charged me double the amount, again due their incompetence. Then they blame you even though the funds was there. I have sent 2 emails as well with regards to another query which they also didn't bother replying to. I had to request a Call me back from them.
This is the 2nd time that I am Complaining about Vodacom. I took out a dual contract for R659 pm with insurance total should be R890. Last month I got a bill for R1344.30 now for October I get a bill for R2814.18. I was told apparently this is an open contract, nobody told me this btw when I took the contract out. So now everytime my daughters boyfriend buys her data it gets added onto my account, which makes no sense te me. I even told my daughter to remove her sim card but still the amount increases. I haven't topped up since I got the bill of R1344, I'm to scared to. So where does this R2814 come from now. If this the case then VODACOM can have their phones back and cancel this contract I am not paying R2814 end of October. WTH is this trying to ****** money from you each and every month. I only paid R890 the 1st month. End of October will be my 3rd month, does this my total due is going to increase each and every month. From R659 to R2814 in 3 months I don't think so.
I took out.a dual deal contract for R659 pm. I was phoned and it was suggested I take out insurance on the 2 devices, which I did, making the total R890 pm. Now I get an invoice saying I owe R1344. When I queried why they tell me it is an open contract. Never Once was I told you get and open and closed contract and if I wanted an open contract. When I asked the lady if they can change it, she tells me No. Why not?
I am a new client to Optivest and has been disappointed with their service of late. They did not debit my account for 2 months, so automatically it became my problem. They told me I had to pay R1114.00 to bring the policy up to date. I paid the amount on Saturday 22/2/2025, mind you before payday nogal. as if I have money just laying around. Today 25/2/2025 they send me an email, my membership has been Terminated, why? I paid the amount so what now. I want my R1114.00 that I paid I would like a reimbur*****t AND I THANK YOU
It has been a week and Tymebank still did not reach out me to solve the issue with thw online payment I had last week. Why are they even an option for paying for online orders I have no idea. Tymebank service is pathetic to say the least. They didn't even bother to reply to my review.
Tymebank is absolutely useless. I have been trying for 2 days to make an online payment to Buffalo couriers but to no avail. I have emailed Tymebank for help no reply. For some reason when I put my pin in it says they need my banking password, which I don't know. They're also suppose to send me a OTP to log into the account which is also not happening. I had to resend for the OTP eventually I just gave up. Your ambassardor also was no help at all. Your service sucks. I am closing that account. USELESS with staff as well.
Buffalo International online service sucks big time. I have been waiting online 11:20 tthis morning. No reply, Christopher Kekana (JHB) is apparently online but no reply from him. You send msgs on their whatsapp also nothing. But they are quick to send msgs that you must pay for your order.
DStv service really is pathetic. They keep insisting that we as clients should use their whatsapp platform but it's just useless. When the chat can't help they recommend you speak to an agent, so what's the use. Don't you DARE OWE them money, they disconnect you until you pay. I meqn why can't they just carry it over to the next month or something. Pathetic.
I bought a pair of pants for my daughter on Saturday when we noticed that one of the side rings on the pants came out. I wrote them an email but they didn't even bother to reply to my email. It is not the 1st time that I bought stuff that is broken and torn. Don't they check their products before they send it to the shops for sale.
I wrote to Tigerbrands 3 times in connection with a chocolate that did not have any popping candy in it. Not once have they even bothered to get back to me in connection with the query. They asked for my contact number but never bothered to get in touch.
