This is my standard Builders Centurion experience: I will look for someone to help only to find staff standing in groups, annoyed that you are interrupting their chat time with each other. The response is usually a blank stair with no clue what you are asking, or they point a finger in a direction and say you should go ask the people working in another department, only to be met with the same annoyance and blank stairs. Managers unwilling to help, as they just point you to the staff. Today the security asked if she could have one of the beers she saw in my boot as she was checking the stock on my way out! That was the final straw, and I mean it when I say I will never return.
I have been using TheCourierGuy for about 3 years now for my business. They have consistently given good, timely service. If a problem occurs, they sort it out speedily. Will always recommend above other courier services
They sent the incorrect tracking number, then when I called they said: Oops the same product will arrive twice. Then someone else's product arrived. I emailed for them to collect it but they just ignored me after a while, even though I wanted to order more products.
Afrihosts service has steadily declined over the last few years. When I phone there is an average waiting time of 20-40 minutes. The online LIVE Chat never works. Call center cant seem to solve problem, or phone you back when call drops. I am sure there are better service providers out there, I am giving up on Afrihost.

<p>I have not received any statements for 2 months.</p> <p>I cannot register on the website, it seems broken.</p> <p>The call centre does not answer the phone enven after 40 minutes of holding. I gave up.</p> <p>They do not reply to emails (even though the automatic response says you will be attended to within 24 hours) </p> <p>Are they even operating anymore?</p>
After 4 phone calls, phonetically spelling out my email address each time, I still have not received a booking confirmation. And they only have a phone number as a contact on their website, no email! Even the person answering the phone says they cannot give me an email address, and the manager is unavailable<br> <br> So the end result is we cannot go even if we wanted to, pathetic!
2 Weeks ago I took my fiance to the Centurion branch for a meal. The food, service and portions was good. Then they advertised a 2 for 1 special on the radio and we went again. This time only to receive half portions for half the price. The previous occasion we could only finish half the meal, and had nice takeaways. This time I was still hungry after my meal. The waitress only pulled her face when I pointed the portion size out to her<br> <br> So I assume one of two things: 1. Their portions are now half the size they were OR 2. They take their customers for fools and advertise two for one specials and then give you half the portions. Either way, I will not be returning to Simply Asia
