I brought my Haval H6 GT last year around June 24 and came in for the service this year and now my car has a cluster problem it’s blank nothing works at all not see any alarms and brought it in on the 10th it’s now 2 weeks nothing has been done and when I asked from the dealership in lydenburg they say still waiting for haval head office to approve till this day I’m really disappointed by the head office for not respecting their clients
I’m really disappointed by bogart man team ,I’m a client there like any but I recently had a burglary at my house and stole most of the things including items from them now 3 days ago I called them to reprint the proof of purchase for my insurance and l even went to the store for some others that I didn’t buy online but still nothing and when I do a follow up they don’t respond to my calls anymore.may other stores managed to reprint but as for them nothing,,,,,im disappointed and shocked
I was financed by Standard Bank vehicle finance in 2022and in 2023 I surrendered the car and everything went smoothly in recovering the car and now I want the paid up letter and Standard Bank keeps referring me to Raieza numbers and emails which the number isn’t picked up and email returns saying the email is blocked blah blah blah,I need to know what’s happening it’s been long
I love Vodacom so much that I can’t leave it I’m in Burgersfort and Steelpoort,the network connection lately has been a nightmare it was better when I’m at work at steelpoort whether load shedding or not the connection was constant unlike in Burgersfort it would depend with load shedding but it’s a 3rd week now experiencing the very bad courage.Can’t wait for Vodacom to resolve the matter ❤️🙏
I’m not happy with how your drivers are treating me nor clients lately regarding the delivery,the driver called me for a meet up and I missed the call and within a minute I called and they said they are already 5km away and then we agreed they come back and where they’ll meet me 2min I called again to ask where or how far they were and told me they were there and couldn’t see me and asked them why they couldn’t call if they didn’t see me and said I must get a taxi to where they were and I didn’t have money for a taxi fee and a bit later I got an email saying delivery failed and never responded to my calls anymore.i don’t know if that’s how they treat everyone and even the head office could not help me either,I’m furious with the treatment
MiWay your assessor Roxanne bothma(Parker)had guts to interview me regarding my claim and close the claim and cancel my insurance with you with non-compliance etc ,and on telephone interview she asked I guess as per policy and obtained history from other insurances and validated the case for sure but on the consent letter she sent to me it states clearly that if I sign etc on the form I agree to everything stated there.Now I wanna know about her non compliance as your employee since I didn’t sign the consent form and how she has been rude to me.Yesterday she called not demanding as I promised however she tells that my claim was closed for noncompliance since I said I’ll send proof and consent on Thursday and sent email to make sure or verify herself.So which procedure or policy she followed?
On Saturday(04/05/23) and evening I got stucked at Mmamethlake and called roadside assistance to help and it was towed to warthbath Nissan on Monday morning and on Wednesday they told me they can’t fixed the car since they don’t have facilities and urged to be towed to lydenburg as it’s nearer to me for further assistance.on Friday the car couldn’t be towed to lydenburg so I don’t know what’s gonna happen going as the car can’t be there forever.Can this mediocrity stop I need my car as soon as possible
I’m still disappointed by the customer service from Msure,I’ve been with them for more than 4 years and just a mere claim of they only approved R3500 that couldn’t even buy the clutch kit,I’m now looking for the other mechanical insurance they claim that the constant explained to me which they never
Msure is disappointing I’m with them over 3 now and with the first claim of gearbox on my Kia and door which the dealer quoted +-27000 they only approved 3500 over everything which it could not even buy the clutch kit ,I never experienced such since I’m with then.it means now I need to pay 25k which I don’t have at all I’m really disgusted and disappointed.I’m really confused so far asking myself all this time I had this Msure insurance I was only paying for 3500.I have mechanical insurance with them😡😡😡😡
