I ordered online order no 191045888 money deducted from my account . I waited for my order and went back to the app just to see my order was cancelled but no money was trf back into my account. I called Southgate they said I should re order... How when that was the onky money I had in my account and thanks to checkers I had to stay without something to eat. Calling the call centre was disappointing and disastrous no one answered. I want my refund 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡
This is day 4 and I'm still not getting assistance on both the watsapp and webpage Your agents are so *********** the only thing they competent in is transferring you!!!!!!! And what's more frustrating there is not notes on the system you have to explain you issue to every agent you speak to What a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm at my wits end the incompetence of the agents is appalling. I have been trying to get assistance from Thursday and to date has still not been resolved. The agents keep ending chats without assisting me. I'm really frustrated. I have lost 2 days work because of this. This is really frustrating
The worst bank ever. I made an atm deposit, the atm retracted my money ans now they want me to wait for 3 days working days to resolve my issue. While waiting for the manager to attend to me almost 6 customers came into the bank for the same issue. The one client was even crying for the fear of losing her job as she was sent by her company to deposit cash, it's obvious is it's the *********** device of standard bank ans then we get a team leader with a stinky attitude. On the 5th i ordered burger king at meyersdal ,the food was delivered but was wet as the drinks had fallen ,money was taken off my account and to date i have not received a refund . i contacted their help centre which is extremely useless

Defy is definitely a excellent Brand. I have a defy washing machine for over 10 years, still going strong no wonder my mum believed in this brand, tried and tested.
