I would like to say thank you so so much for the superb service received from Multi Junction.I do a lot of online shopping internationally and locally ,their service was superb . First time using them and it will definitely not be the end . I'm really happy with my order ,package The driver was friendly and awesome service over all.
I have been asking numerous times for my policy to be cancelled but nope it goes to deaf ears. I call they put you through a lot of people trying to convince you to stay and promise to do better. And you tell them no it's over they say someone will call you to cancel the policy. And guess what nobody calls. I have been reversing this debit order every month for the past months and it's frustrating. It reflects bad on my statements. Please can you guys just cancel my policy now. I have had enough. Please
I honestly feel that Tiger Brands is obnoxious., have no respect for the consumers and most importantly disregard human health. I purchased Taskic rice 2kg a few months , before I could open the sealed packet a noticed something flying in the packet. I looked twice again was so disturbed to see a live moth flying around in the packet. I was shocked that it was still alive poor creature ,confused and disgusted. So the next day I called them reported it and sent pictures as proof on whatsapp. Few days later I receives an sms with around R40 voucher no apology nothing .just sms with the voucher .Following week went grocery shopping used the voucher obviously I bought rice again. Got home unpacked grocery , emptied the rice in the rice container. The following day the Sunday started cooking poured rice into the pot put some water , salt and oil. Ready heat on before I could close the lid I saw something strange at first it looked like a grain floating which was bizarre why would 1grain float? A closer look i realised it was a worm. I had never been so mortified. I took pictures of it and put the pot on the side as is. The next day I called Tiger Brands again expressing my findings and that this was second incident in less than a month with the same brand. I told them to come and collect the sample as it was still in the pot to test etc. But the gentleman declined said I should take pictures etc and forward to them Which I did . It's August already and the incident happened early in the year no phone call,email nothing to apologies or to explain what transpired. Nothing. I followed up for a month and stopped because they just don't care about people's health. They will sell us poison and continue robbing us of our money and health just to make their pockets fat. I am till today disgusted about this . Hope people can just stop supporting such organisations who think they are above everyone.
Since the huggies box size 6 package has been changed I have noticed the quality of the nappies has also changed badly. They tear a lot ,leakage and not strong enough. I used nappies for so many years and never had issues with them until few months back. I had always preferred them over pampers but now I'm really reconsidering changing them. Firstly it was the mega pack that was discontinued then the new package which is really of poor quality. Please change back to the old package. This is really not working.
Awesome service received from the insurance company 1st for woman. I'm a new client and was really happy about the service received . I had a breakdown on the 18th around 5 -6pm . I was in an unfamiliar place and to be honest scared as this was a Friday most people going home etc and stuck right in the middle of a road next to a tavern. By God's grace the drunk guys 6 of them to be exact came to my car and offered to push me off the road to the pavement, I agreed as I didn't really have a choice. I called 1st 4woman spoke to a friendly Vuyisile I hope I got the spelling correct what a pleasure it was sweet and helpful. She even offered to send someone to keep me safe. I didn't know where I was and scared to ask around I sent her my location and she was able to organize a tower and direct them. The tower was as brilliant his name was Lebogang he called me and asked I send him the location so that he knows exactly were I was, which I did. He called me again 10min after to let me know we're he was and on his way. When he arrived clean and polite he and a another person loaded my car on to the base of the truck very careful and drove with us home. My scary experience was not as bad thanks to my insurance.
Appalling Service received from Experian, Lawyer submitted rescindment letter to Experian + proof of payment as well as paid up letter In May . no feedback was provided by Experian. I gave them 3 months to sort out bearing in mind Covid -lockdown got a lot of business not functioning 100%. i then followed up with them with no luck in September i forwarded the same email to them again still nothing. Today the 12 of December i received email from them stating that they did not receive my attachments??? how is that possible ??? I am so disgusted and disappointed with their service honestly playing with peoples time. I really hope and Pray that this time around they will be able to sort me out , this year still.
I just had the worst service ever from these guys. So i called spoke to a lady very friendly lady for the life of me i forgot her name , very helpful she explained that medical aid did not pay the full amount this was the shortfall. so she confirmed banking details ref etc all good, then lastly she advised that i put the acc type as Trust. so i ended the call thank u. as i was about to make the payment i realized that there is no Trust as the type of account. so i called back again again spoke to a confused gentleman, i explained why i was calling and he requested for ref number??Y would you need a reference number when i only want the account type? surely they should know their own banking details like the first lady i spoke to? then he just mumbled something when i angrily told him that his wasting my time he simply transferred me to someone else. i asked the guy what happened to the prev guy he said he just transferred the call to him. ok then i had to say the same story again now to this new guy. Guess what reference number again! i just hang up .really do they want their money or not? Am i being difficult here or what? are the woman in Vericred the only bright sparks there? not being ***ists here just pointing out the facts
I had the best and affordable experience. The lady who assisted me was extremely patient with me she even helped me select options that will be suitable for my family and cheaper
service on another level, I walked in to be greeted by a friendly staff took my temperature , sanitized etc. did not even sit for a minute my ticket was called . Was welcomed and assisted by a friendly lady Called Bongiwe Sambothi what a wonderful lady. She helped me open x2 bank accounts for my x2 sons who are minors. She explained in detail and took me through process , pricing rewards etc. Kept on cracking a joke now and then as the system was taking its time. Funny it was my first time in Capitec I bank with the other big banks was always not sure about them, but after this experience I had on Saturday I’m thinking of bringing my accounts to them. Awesome Service Bongi we keep it up
I am so disgusted and disappointed at the service received from Clicks Alberton Lemon tree. A customer came to the pharmacy with no mask , was served by pharmacist ass I think her name was Patricia . The customer noticed that she did not have the mask on and the pharmacist just laughed as if its ok. If I remember its law that everyone wears a mask . How was she allowed the store with no mask? And how do you serve a customer with no mask? I felt so uncomfortable, and irritated I even said to her that she is a pharmacist and she should know better but she was not bothered. She did not even sanitize her hands on any occasion. I am never going to Clicks Lemon Tree , clearly they do not understand what it means to take care of yourself and your customers.
