I have been without a washing machine for over a year. Finally after a lot of hard work and saving we managed to buy one from Metro Home in Menlyn. From the start there were problems with this BRAND new DEFY washing machine. Besides all the washing being covered in washing powder and not we did not put to much in, the leveler also did not work after spending 40 mins try to level it, hence having a very loud banging washing machine with the drums banging the whole time. A technican came out, not only did he put his cellphone and *****driver on the glass top, he proceeded to full and empty the washing machine with water...NO garments inside just water, not once but 3 times. Ended up under the washing machine with a little ***** driver and said it fixed. When we asked what about the leveler he said yes its not working but its not a problem! He also reported back to DEFY that there was no problems!!! Contacted Metro menlyn again and another tech was sent out, he said there is clearly a problem with the machine, not only did he do it correctly by filling the machine with water and garments he also recorded the the noise and banging and to this day it is still making all the washing full of washing powder. He also confirmed that the leverler is broken. People this washing machine was/is BRAND NEW. I want a replacement! I also feel if you buy a item from a shop it is their responsiblility to ensure your issues get sorted. Metro Menlyn you know we have been patient and accomodating but its now been nearly two weeks and we have not heard a word from Metro Menlyn or DEFY! This is really unacceptable! This washing machine was used TWICE and the first tech came out, it was then used only another TWO times when the 2nd tech came out. A BRAND NEW washing machine! It is not right that this is happening and this machine definitely is faulty and no ...... no more so called repairs. Between Metro Home Menlyn and DEFY a new machine needs to be arranged. Very dissappointing and upsetting! Not happy at all

I have ordered stock 14 days ago. To date i have received no delivery, no email, no notifications and no delivery! Have tried to phone numerous time.........it just rings! Even the online customer care does not work! How do i get my money back???
I drive on the highways and in the suburbs every day. I have not once seen a RAM truck that drives responsbililty. They skip the robots, drive up your backside if you are to slow for them, they jump lanes without indicators, they push in bad enough to push the other car off the road. These drivers should not be on the road at all!!
6 Days later, 3 emails and a fax and i am still waiting to hear from them to make a booking. Have stayed there before and i must say the attitude was very bad and they were very rude. Two elder ladies. Now want to go there again despite their rudeness and now there is not even service. Owners you are loosing clients
Wimpy does not look after their pensioners in Waverley Plaza and Steve Biko why is this thought Wimpy franchises had to adhere to the same rules as all the rest. I have complained twice now in two weeks about Vodacom who i have been using for years. I have two contracts with them and want to take another one. Nobody knows what this 3D crap is and no staff at any of the call centres or vodacom shops have any details about all this or any contact to this place other than email. Now they are 'busy processing' my application since last week Wednesday and i get told this morning i need to have a NEW BANK ACCOUNT AS THEY CAN NOT APPLY THE NEW CONTRACT TO MY CURRENT ACCOUNT! What the hell is going on??? Since when does any company tell you crap like this???? I am really starting to get the feeling something scaly is going on with this company and am telling as many people as possible not to take new contracts out with vodacom. I have had no decent feed back whatsoever except every time being told i have to go into a shop to do the migration whatever to 3D whatever. So after doing that, this is where i stand! Been busy with this whole story almost 3 weeks now! Vodacom you are messing up big time! I really feel sorry for all the shop staff who are taking flak from customers about this rubbish.

Not that writing this report is going to help seen as Toyota is not a member of hellopeter. Such a big company and no effort to keep up good customer care.<br> <br> I see there are a number of complaints about Gavin Smith and surprising that he still has a job!<br> He is rude, arrogent and knows everything, he does not keep quiet so you can talk, he has a answer for everything. <br> He stood and screamed at my father in front of other customers as well as staff members. His bad attitude is mentioned as far as Pretoria and a good amount at Kempton Park.
