This company obviously has got so much resources that they charges you even for a quotation. In the event of damage to your vehicle, the last thing you want to hear is that you need to pay more towards the damages that was done not by my actions but someone else’s. So I would rather take my car then to companies that would assist potential customers instead of chase them away.
I bought two batteries from a company. Internet express was supposed to be the trusted courier firm. I get to the locker boxes and only one battery arrived. I enquired from both internet express and the company that sells the batteries. There was a enquiry number generated at internet express and after 21 messages between me and the agent she said that they just don’t know where the item is. I cannot just accept that I paid for something and it doesn’t arrive.
I was at romans pizza to buy myself a pizza pie yesterday. Two people inside the shop, probably waiting for their orders. No one at the order counter. I stood in front of the pizza pie menu to decide which one I’d like. I decided to buy 4. When I was ready to order I got told that I must go to the other end of the counter (away from the menu from which I was going to order from) to place my order. I rep**** that I would like to place a order from that menu and she refused to take my order and still I was the only potential customer in the shop. I left without ordering anything and because of this treatment I will not set my foot in a Romans pizza again. Seems like they’ve got enough customers to treat some customers with the utmost disrespect.

Good day All I’ve been with this service provider for almost a year now. This is the worst decision I’ve made. Struggling to get connected on the data side. Two days ago I know of two people trying to get hold of me both called thrice and I didn’t even receive a sms informing me of the attempted calls that I have missed. Why do we pay for services not rendered. Regards Lucas
Computicket sold me a ticket with the wrong departure times. Waited for a long time after the bus did'nt arrive had to pay for accomodation and DMJ transport only contacted me the next morning to offer me a ticket for that day where the bus came a hour late this time. Very unreliable service provider.
After having trouble with my samsung that I bought from [URL Removed] I decided to buy a better phone which won't give me problems as well as a back up phone. The website stated that delivery would take place on the 27th which was yesterday. After contacting them yesterday they told me that the 1 phone was out of stock and they would refund me. I looked on the website again and it shows availability in 5-10 working days. After a few conversations they split the order and I can expect that phone middle next month. This morning Fedex is at my gate, I receive the parcel and sign for it. After opening the parcel I found out that this is the wrong product supplied to me. I sent them a e-mail but still no response. I would think twice before placing a order again with them.
Five months ago I changed from standard bank to capitec. As I saw the advertisement on television from capitec that states that they would move your debit orders when you changed banks to capitec. After a payment to chartis was skipped because of the banks delay my policy was cancelled without me knowing about it. Capitec contacted me and said that they could not move the policy as it was closed. I had this policy for 2 and a half years and they decide that they can close your policy just like that. Is this the service we get from insurance brokers? When I phoned them they did'nt even wanted to assist me with the policy. Just that they cancelled the policy.
On 2/3/2015 I moved my paycheck from STD bank to Capitec and Capitec advertised that they would move your debit orders from the one bank to theirs. Today it is 14/6/2015 and no debit orders was deducted as yet. I am concerned about my policies and and other insurance that could expire.
