I wrote my RE5 with moonstone between 2017 and 2018 All the bookings, certifications were done and sent to my then employers email standardbank.. the bank had given us limited time to obtain this and I eventually passed after my 2nd time with moonstone. I have an interview lined up n requested I be sent my certificate copy as I no longer have access to the email address I used cause I no longer work there, I was told they can’t pick up my ID number. The lady never bothered asking my name, surname or even email address to maybe pick up my certificate using a different method as this is already over 6 years ago. It now looks like I’ve **** on my CV as I have absolutely no proof whatsoever that I indeed wrote and passed my exam . I need help please as this is messing with my job hunting
I’ve submitted my withdrawal claim October 2021, afterwards nothing was communicated to me for 4weeks. I decided to follow up and was advised my employer sent missing documents. I then resent them beginning November. It’s been 4weeks again no communication and when I call they don’t answer till my airtime finishes. I’ve requested callbacks numerous times and also sent numerous emails yet no one gets back to me. It’s the worse service ever considering I did specify I need the funds urgently and wasn’t willing to wait longer as nothing was communicated on their end. I called the call centre around 08:10 this morning but the automated prompt says it’s outside their business hours whilst they resume work at 8am. It’s pathetic how they hold on to ur funds and say nothing. I will never do any investment with them
On the 7th Jan 2019 i purchased a meal at galitos kaalfontein tembisa I literally took 1 s**** of my rice and noticed it was uncooked. When i returned the meal i was told that i was returning the meal only cause of its hot and was trying my luck at a free meal and that i had consumed a large portion. The manager refused 2 refund or replace or even get back 2 me. I have lost all faith in the brand as it cannot deal with client's unsatisfactory comments

Arwyp is no different 4rm public sector..m alot of errors due 2 no communication between staff. I was due 4 operation 2day then was given laxative the previous night.. Next morning i was given food which i shouldnt have taken before undergoing anesthesia now ive been given strong laxative again due 2 staff negligence thus prolonging my stay here and i am not informed as 2 when i will go 2 theatre. My last meal was at 8am its now 5pm im still unattended 2 left in bed 2 watch tv on a very empty stomach. I cant advise my family of progress and when they can see me let alone when i will be discharged as i know nothing....***n pathetic service ignorance above anything i cant wait2 get out of this hell hole
Went to Kfc thembisa branch 6-30am to buy 3 kiddies meals for my children's school trip went to drive thru hooted the bell for about 10min no reply went inside the shop where there was no staff till one staff had to get the rest of the staff which was asleep I could tell as they were yawning and stretching in the kitchen which is within customers view. Other customers who came after me were attended 1st simply because they caused scenes. I tried calling the number on the till slip 07212397530 which doesnt even work and when I asked the girl named Portia as to why she had the nerve to say its my phone and their phone isnt on voice mail I felt so provoked once the order was done I had to ask for a carry bag be cause she gave me three meals and was expected to carry with no carry bag. I felt so angered as they underestimated me because im young whereas older customers that were complaining were attended to with urgency.. now I was 5min late to my childrens school where they were going on a school trip and we had to stop the bus as it was about to leave
