Makro SA can you please do the right thing and pay back my money. Stop with excuses and taking me from pillar to post. I submitted my ID and bank statement still getting the same response. PAY BACK MY MONEY AND STOP LYING.
It's almost two months waiting for my refund. Makro is refusing with my refund. They have requested my bank statement and ID which I submitted with no response. Im worried that submitting my personal details might result into a *****ulent transaction. Can I please have my refund?
Poor customer service. The brand is not up to standard and so disappointed. Not impressed with their appliances and wish to warn other customers. The products are subpar and not worth buying. I sent several emails regarding my appliances which are not working with no response.
My contract with MTN South Africa was cancelled in August called them and have a reference number. The last payment was in October as I was told I cancelled it late. November I was expected to pay MTN South Africa despite the contract being cancelled and called them to make a follow-up and their consultant confirmed that it was cancelled. I asked for the paid letter, and they refused as I know MTN South Africa is ******* and expects customers to pay for non-existent contracts and ICASA is failing to hold them accountable. I checked my Credit Score and boom the paid-up account is in arrears, missed the payment.
I never had an account with Jet in my life now I understand that you handed me over to CSS Solutions or Brooksluyt and getting harassed all the time. I contacted your head office in Cape Town and went to Jet branches no information was found under my ID number. I never received an SMS or call to say I must come and pay until I got a call from CSS Solutions and they do not have an ID number except the passport number which is 1111111111111. I need this matter resolved.
CSS Solutions contacted me after I posted on Hellopeter and promised to resolve my query. I have been waiting for almost two weeks for them to contact their client and get back to me. I called the lady I spoke to Vanessa with no luck and decided to call their reception no one knows who Vanessa is. I wanted to find out how far are they with the investigation while at the same time, I received 6 calls within 4 minutes from CSS Credit Solution or Brooksluyt. I want this matter to be resolved as I have indicated I never had an account with Jet. I want this abuse to stop from CSS Credit Solutions and the rudeness. Enough is enough.
I receive 15 calls per day from this company that I need to pay Jet Accounts. I never had an account with them before. I told them so many times instant now they instructed me I must pay and stop lying. I called Jet in Cape Town and went to their stores confirming what I said and tried to call the number with luck. They are rude and abusing us. Please stop calling me. The number is 010 010 9154.
This is the second time buying fish from Fishaways in Noordheuwel. Today is the last time buying from them. I got six hakes which were almost burned, dry and tasteless. Two were off.
The material and foam used are subpar. Colour is fading 😢😢
The worst service I have ever experienced. The disregard towards customers is worrisome. Why promised to deliver within three days knowing it's not possible. I called so many times without you taking my calls seriously. Petzone Fourways the worst service provider ever. No communication and no sense of urgency in resolving complaints. Safe yourself stay away.
