I wanted to know if I canceled the contract early, how long would it take before I'm allowed to apply for a new contract on the same number because at Vodacom Cresta I was told I'd have to wait for 2 months before I am allowed to upgrade. Today I asked for a cancelation quote then proceeded to ask the guy who assisted me this and he said I'll have to wait for the early upgrade due date (July) even though the contract is canceled and on prepaid. Called again and the lady who assisted me at first said I won't be allowed to upgrade, EVER. Then said maybe after 2 years or so. Then I asked where to call to get clarity as this is not making sense. She then asked her manager and the manager said right after the cancelation I can apply for a new contract on the same number almost immediately.
After submitting my interest to sell my car, a lady called and said she'll send me a WhatsApp so I can send my car pics. Never heard from her.
I should have asked telkom who their courier is because this is horrible. I get an sms in the morning that the package is out for delivery then decide I'll work from. The whole day waiting for the but nothing happened. Called the company and they tell the the driver will call me but after reading the reviews, I knew it was lie. Never ever order online if they use these guys. Rather ask first first and if they do, move to another company that has the same items and used a different courier.
Got my package within their 5 day range. Seeing the reviews here scared me a bit I must confess but they delivered.
Miway will lose a lot of clients because of this panel beater. My claim was approved in March 2022 and now it's June but I still do not have my car nor have they started with repairing it. Nobody is giving me any update (called so many times) but I still have to pay thousands for a car I do not have with premiums that keep increasing. You keep selecting a problematic panel beater with a 1.6 review rating here. If your approved panel beater refuse to repair your client's vehicle then you need to do everything in your power to resolve it, like move their car to another panel beater that is willing to do the job. I'm beyond furious right now..
One would believe all those negative reviews were made up or if you took a chance, that it will not happen to them. Nearing 3 months and I still do not have my car fixed. When you call for an update they always promise to call back, never believe that lie. Discovered 2 months later that they lied about ordering my bumper too. If your insurance sends your car here, fight it because you will be without a car for months.
I can't find the rating of 0. I cancelled my Ctrack contact a while back after selling my car. I've been getting notifications of battery tempering. This is causing frustrations because I always think it's for my car till I see the registration that it's the sold car. Please stop this.
I was SMSed the delivery delivery date of the 09th July 2020. I canceled my plans because of this and to my surprise when I checked the tracker it says "N - UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN ISA - UNAVAILABLE BUSINESS - CONTACT NOT AVAILABLE". How when I have been home the entire day and not even a missed call from them? Stay away from them if you want great service.
I wrote to FNB Law on Call on the 20th Sep 2018 regarding a difficult matter i was experiencing. After a week of getting no response i emailed them again only to get a message from Boda Kauser saying "will be referring your matter to an attorney for a merit opinion". It's been 12 days and I'm starting to wonder if the really do have attorney and that i have been donating money to FNB. Please stay away from this product. Even their complaints department is useless. Law on Call will leave you out in the cold. Please stay away, you could be needing serious help one day and they will not be there .
I bought a car about 3 1/2 years ago. Before collection i got a call from a tracker lady who asked if i wanted to buy a tracker device for the car. She said it was a once off payment of R999 which will be included in my finance balance and i will never have to pay anything else. I agreed and it was installed. Years later i start getting messages stating i should pay some amount into a particular bank account because a debit order was returned due to Invalid account. I ignored the message as it surely looked like a scam and to my knowledge, I do did not owe tracker anything. I've stopped using tracker 2 years ago to join Ctrack. Now CSS Solutions (trackers debt collector) wants me to pay for a device i do not use. I never agreed to this and Tracker has no documentation of me agreeing to this either. They keep saying it was communicated to me. Where? When? Now the last lady i spoke to when i called in for about the 5th time tells me the moment i agree to an installation then i automatically agree to any terms and condition this company comes up with, whether i am aware of it or not. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU'LL THANK YOURSELF LATER.
