I’m honestly giving up. The service from GoSolr has been extremely disappointing. None of the promises made have been kept or followed through on. Unfortunately, the negative reviews about GoSolr are accurate — I can now confirm this from personal experience. Their communication, service delivery, and overall ethics have been far below acceptable standards. I will not be recommending GoSolr to anyone; in fact, I’ll be doing the opposite. 3 months to complete the install. 3 months of lies.
Do not trust the good reviews. They are paid actors This company is leaching on hardworking individuals out of pocket. They go on Facebook as HB-Projects now , When cornered, he tucks his tail and runs away like the ***** he is. Cash for **** His family is covering up for his ******** services.

Brent and Justin went out their way to help with an RMA on a CPU They were able to locate the supplier within a few hours on a product not bought from them to assist in getting it replaced. in 2 days n received Great news and the CPU was back in my possession within 48hours! Service is not a question at these LEGENDS They LIVE UP TO THE DREAM and EXCEED at what they do! You guys ROCK KEEP IT UP AND SUCESS WILL FOLLOW

I have complained numerous times at head office regarding my twisp device<br> Now my twisp Edge is leaking fluids like a township tap<br> I am very very unhappy with twisp.<br> I have been informed by JP Yong that there is a new coil made and that this will sort out the coil burn out issue.<br> I will not be able to wait any longer for the coils cause this is staring to cost me more and more by the day.<br> having to buy coils every day and now wasting fluids more than anything else due to leaking.<br> Twisp wants me to pay for handling fees of R375 for sanity etc.<br> I will not pay for any fees and i do want my monies back in total due to the poor quality of factory defective product.<br> I would like to speak to someone that will be able to take responsibility for the factory defective product that have the authority to replace my faulty product today and exchange it to the Aro,<br> I feel that i have been lied to about a product that does not do what it was promised to me as a customer.<br> Treat this matter as utmost urgency and revert back to me ASAP<br> <br>
