I keep on getting sms's of traffic infringements which are already been paid. Just wondering if this is not a scheme to de***** people. They even scare you saying summons are on their way.
These iStore goons are full of nonsense. Purchased an iphone 16 Pro Max recently at Woodlands Shoping Mall, Pretoria East. They should activate your iCare when you purchase your device instore and you should receive an email confirmation after 48 hours. Guess what, they did not activate the icare. You go on thier online help platform they say it should be done automatically. They give you an email add to send documents for your icare to be activated. I do send an email with all details attached guess what no response. They are just waiting for the 30 day period to lapse and guess what you wake up one day and realise your device is not covered. Then they will start telling you it was your fault.
These guys are cons I bought some coffee table instore Atterbury branch Pretoria East and now they say delivery is end of July. I have decided to cancel my order/purchase because I have found a similar product elsewhere. They don't want to refund my money back.
Very rude cashiers and collection counter staff. They will make you stand and wait for ages just to collect furniture. You will find 5-6 guys who are just standing there doing nothing.
Afrihost is perfect and good until you have a problem, we have been without internet connection for almost 7 days now and their support team is terrible. You report a fault and provide all the details including pictures and they communciate something completely different to the contractor. The contractor comes and realise they were given incorrect info they go back and the issue remains unresolved.
All was fine at Kia Silver lakes until I took my car for a warranty related issue with my tow bar. Vehicle is a 2022 kia SUV and it has a Kia installed tow bar, 1 year down the line tow bar harness is dead, causing issues on the brake light and blinker. Guess what I am told it needs replacement pay 20k or go home. Took the car elsewhere issue is fixed free of charge. Will never set foot at Kia Silver lakes even if they are 1 street away from my little hut.
The customer service and after sales service is amazing. I would recomend anyone to visit thier show room in Silver lakes Pretoria they also have very good stock. If you have any issues they attend to it promptly. I bought my amazing 2022 Kia SUV from them, 2 months after I had a warranty related issue which Kia was meant to fix guess what they refused, infact they wanted to charge an arm and a leg (20k to fix a tow bar). I went back to the dealer "Gys Pitzer" and they fixed the issue free of charge.
It seems at MetroFibre some clients are more valuable than others depending on the color of your skin. Wait until you have a network issue in your area you will discover how things work.

I bought my VW Tiguan from Nissan Motus in June 2020. The dealership promised to fix a things on my vehicle ( Broken 3rd row seats hinge, missing cover on rear aircon) I was told to get and get a quote at VW I brought the quote the next thing I was told to pay for it and get a reimbur*****t later. Secondly the F&I at the dealership will "sell to you" (convince you that it is the best for your car) a Renew-tech CMC (Collision Management Centre PTY LTD) policy for dents and scratches. CMC is a hoax they will make you run around to get quotes and they give you a limit for R3000/quarter. I went to get quotes from their service providers not a single quote was less than R5000. Never ever allow any dealership including Nissan Motus Menlyn to convince you to buy the CMC policy you will be disappointed.
