Takealot bad service
Takealot taking longer than a week now to return my order after they gave me flat coke and also sent me the wrong coke. Unacceptable

Great service
Received exceptional good service from Masons, made a purchase on black friday and my tv was delivered on Saturday morning, well done Masons. I will definitely recommend using Masons.

Despicable disgusting service
Terrible service from KFC Nigel Angelo mall, I made an online purchase through the app and when I got there an half an hour later they could not give me the ice cream and my order was also not yet done, I asked the manager to give me back my money she said it'll have to be done by them online but still I haven't received my money back yet and this was on the 24th of November.

Incompetence
Is everyone that works for DSV ***********? First apparently they couldn’t get hold of me, now when they say they’ll call me to arrange a delivery time, the drop the call even before you get a chance to answer it. Unacceptable

Days and days
Worst delivery company ever, had an order with MTN, they said they tried to contact me 8 days ago yet I don’t even have any miscalls from them and they also haven’t tried to contact me again, I had to contact them and in the morning the feedback was that they can only deliver my package 2 days later, I am not even 100km away, this is very bad service!

Pick ‘n Pay not so asap
Nah I’m done using Pick ‘n Pay asap unless I want to wait the whole day, the other companies are a lot faster than you are and don’t keep changing the delivery time, unacceptable!! And the Heidelberg Pick ‘n Pay isles are all so messed up since they changed everything, no wonder they take so long when you use Pick ‘n Pay asap, cause even their own employees can’t find the items on the list, Pick ‘n Pay will never see me again unless I want something delivered 2-3 hours after I placed an order

Unhygienic
How is your service so bad, I put an order in last night and had to watch the chef use his bare hands to put garnish on the burger, being more focused to complete like what looked like his own order and then not adding in my sauce for the jalapeño bombs

Bought a car from Planet42 on rent to own, after 2 weeks the car started giving problems, took the car to an RMI workshop for a quote on the repairs, and the warranty department is raking forever to get back to me, in the meantime I am loosing money from not being able to go to work, is this fair? Rather give me back my money and take back your car.
