I have had a flat battery twice and the turnaround time with both incidents was less than 20 minutes. My claim for portable possessions was also very professionally handled. Thank you.
I made a booking on 11 April 2024 for travel to Kimberley on 12 April 2024 and return on 14 April. I made a payment and it went through, however I didn't get a confirmation but a notification that the booking is declined because the flight is not available. They had the audacity to then try and sell me a flight that is R1 500 more. I have requested a refund which they say will take 24 - 48 hrs yet I need that money to make alternative travel arrangments. Travel wings stole my money in my view and thought I would pay an additional amount for another flight. I need my refund otherwise I'm missing an important event in my life because of their false advertising.
I have requested a letter indicating that my Edgards account is not in arrears over 3 weeks ago and I have not received the letter yet. Everytime I call I am told the Edgards team has a backlog but no further communication.
I am not getting the assistance I need with my OTP, being sent from pillar to post.
I applied for a loan on 7 June 2019 and to date have not received a response. When I call, I am told it's pending or being process.
For the past 3 years I've been receiving calls from NuDebt management telling me I owe Nashua Mobile. I do not owe Nashua Mobile any money and would appreciate it if I'm left alone. Now they even have the audacity to call my workplace. It's pure harrassment and trying to take advantage of people. It's wrong.
<p>On 19 June 2017 I sent a letter by email indicating that I would like to terminate my contract and a certified ID copy also attached.</p> <p> </p> <p>To date I have not received acknowledgement from Glocell, and when I call them after being on hold for more that 15 minutes the call is put down before I can speak to anyone. This has happened on 3 occassions.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need to know that the contract will be terminated as requested and I will not be paying anymore as of 31 July.</p>
<p>I have been receiving calls regardinng a Nashua Mobile account I do not have. The only Nashua Mobile account I had was about two years ago before they closed down and subscribers moved to Altech Cellular. Please stop contacting me,</p>
I applied online for a contract but was declined without a reason. The automatic e-mail indicated I will receive a call from a consultant. I called to find out why my application was declined and was told that they cannot tell me as the person who helped me initially should have told me. I tried to explain that I applied online and had not spoken to anyone else, but I was told that they cannot assist me.
