so i was lead to believe Miway has great service, yes they can sell a policy awesome service then, but now they cant provide a service. I signed up with them cause promises were made, they contacted me everyday till policy was taken by me, now when they must help cancel a policy they cant get hold of me cause they dont have the correct number. this is just signing up, this is not even a claim or a road side assist, then the manger tells me to go to hello peter to see what their service rating is great but forgets i have just had bad service over promsie and under deliver. shocking just glad i was not stuck on the side of the road

Twice now I have been to Game with a note book all I requested was a quote on the battery Shaheed from Game promised to get back to me the Monday. 2 weeks later I was promised to be called with Quote and with me typing this a week later I still have heard nothing. Service is awful, I will now do my best not to purchase anything from Game.
What shocking service. They can debit you more and when querying the account they don't get back to you they can not communicate any thing to any one we have escolatored the quary. Now we had to drive from Stellenboch to N1 city to try a d get this sorted
I must be honest i dont even want to write a review cause there is no words that can describe the uselessness of this institution. you request a statement and get nothing in return 2 weeks later. think this instituted should do us a favour and close their doors.
<p>So if you want really terrible service and even worse after sales service pop in to Ackermans Canal Walk and then by a Tabet from them, then when you return it cause its screen jsut goes grey, they will send it away SDM will fix it and you will get it about 5 weeks later, when you request a report of what is wrong with it,you wont get it ,only thing you will get is empty promises of getting it. when it does the same thing a month or so later they fix it again and again will not get a report what was wrong with it.</p> <p>A lady from head office called promised to help as well, this was going well till friday 30.06.2017 promise a report and guess what no report and that was the last reply.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I want is to know what was wrong wth the device, so I am guessing that the product was faulty and they dont want to replace it or take resposiblity for the product .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>Today 11.12.2016, I heard about Petworld and was very disappointed.</p> <p>I purchased a product from Pet world, I had to look for some one to assist me with a answer to my question about the product, the staff member was very unhelpfull, so I procedded to buy the product with very little infomation.</p> <p>As I was busy at the till point I asked the sales person if the product did not fit, would I be able to return it he said YES.</p> <p>with in an hour I was back at the store with the product as it did not fit. when I requested a refund, the ass. manager Tania Binns POINTED TO THE TILL SLIP where it states that there is no cash refund. when I looked up there was NO notice on the wall to indicate what the slip was saying. while I was still discussing the issue with Tania she procedded to help another client and Ignored me, when I said she was being unprofessinal ,she then asked another sales person to assist the client. When the Sales person who helped us was done with the other client she said to him"give the customer his money back and it will come off your salary."Never try and make your client feel guilty by disparage a staff member like that, and it is extremly unfair towards the staff memeber.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will Never come into Petworld ever again and will most definitelylet me friends and family know about the non existing customer service and zero refund policy.</p> <p> </p>
<p>So here we go again,ADT and empty promise and no feedback,I feel my safety and that of my family fall on deaf ears,we get called that the alarm is going off get home and there is no siren going off then we get told that it was a silent alarm to my knowledge that means someone had to activated it in side the house which is a concern that no one is home.ppl have called promise to get the service department to call to come out and still up today nothing,and anyone that is considering subscribing to ADT,it is the best way in flash your money down the toilet.</p> <p> </p>
There was a incident where they called to say our alarm was set off, we rushed home to find that there was no intruders and waited 40mins for a response team to arrive.<br> we then were told to test the alarm and report the reaction time the relevant person was not available and up until today(4days later) is still returning our call.<br> <br> so if you are thinking of subscribing to ADT please beware as the burglar still has a 40mintute window to rob you blind.
the Service is not a great as promised, they say we will debit your account, good luck with that as they don't and you as the client must call over and over as not one of the client services staff , call back to give feed back.<br> <br> I will never recommend better life.
