DO NOT KNOW THIS COMPANY and they appeared obn my credit report saying i owe R1200 but the nicest part is i noticed this company on my credit report for few month wondering who they are but i left it as it showed paid ... about a month ago i checked my credit report and BOOM in arrears when i checked this account shows i took a loan in SEPT 2024 a year later and now this shows in arrears and the more i try to get the burea to give me info on who this company is so that i can contact them the burea is just no help at all ... so if everyone review that i have read so far has the same issue clearly something needs to be done
i wish i could give zero starts is this company legit or **** ... there noway to email someone direct you get the info email address that no one response to. If you do call they never answer and when they do they also cannot assist you, then you have to wait. I app**** Monday sending through all documentation, getting no feedback as you have to call and pray someone answers the phone. What pathetic services PLEASE DONT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. I think its a **** they running . i just called and the phone just rings no answer
i have been with payflex sometime and they always received there payments in August i ran some difficulty with the one installment a week before my payday that was the Thursday and i paid the next Friday, I knew i was going to pay fees added to the amount but it was Ok i was late i understood. On my payday the first thing i did was paid all outstanding payments and fees and any extra monies and the next payment that was due the 30th August , I had 1 payment left but that was for the 30 Sept 2024. When i check my account they took away all my credit, then i spoke to a guy Chris that called me and he explained they must do credit checks and whatever, my question to him was if i didnt miss a payment just that 1 payment then a credit check would not have been done and i would stil have credit, anyway , he told me i do have some credit but its very little under R1000 if i want to make a purchase then i can email him and he would assist. A week later i saw something and i wanted to use payflex when i emailed Chris , his story changed that i should pay the R350 That is due End of Sept 2024 and then there will be credit.. i think i have proven that i make sure i pay the account for the time i have been with payflex . Over 1 late payment , just shows how they appreciate there customers . Very dissapointed.
They dont even deserve the one star people please dont waist your time with this company and there 3 call centre agents . Really pathetic service its suppose to be same day pay out when u do it before certain time but its not the agents dont care i app**** friday money i called in they had wrong banking details requeated my statement when i emailed it and loaded it on system.. when i finally got debi check it was wrong bank info . They only also respond when they feel like .. my first and last time with this company its 19.10 and my funds stil not in my account
i app**** for a loan yesterday say round 9 at finchoice , on the website it says if they have all documentation then by 3 clocks on the same day if everything sent through you will get a response , i know my documentation was received as i have called them to ask yesterday and this morning and i was told 24hours so its pass 24hoursand their watsapp number no one responds to its just automated message . what is the function or reason for your whatsapp number if you cannot communicate on a live chat ???? if you call the customer service they read from a script . when i called again now i was told 48 hours. how conveniently can their story change. no check ups on account or why the delay is there ... just a scrip reading and good bye there nothing they can do .
I applied for a loan 16th feb online, then it gave me option of replaying the loan round 23rd or 24th March which i took because the option was available and it is already half month into Feb so i thought great i can pay the loan next month . when i got the contract it stated loan repayment 24th FEB i have emailed then and asked why do i get the option and then you stil decide when it needs to be paid ... my email was ignored ... i called them and explained to this lady and her response was the assesors makes the changes when to pay so its either you accept or decline ... I MEAN REALLY NOW why do you get a option to pay with in 45 days i think and then the people working there decides when you can pay ,,,THEN DONT GIVE THE OPTION
I made a loan last week on boodle which i thought was a same day pay out loan system the last i checked ... but i didnt complete application online was not sure if i wanted it... then a consultant called me to ask and i said yes i will complete is i am stil deciding ... then a consultant email me names zamokuhle i we emailed back and forth few times as i asked questions and then i sent my bankstatement and he went quite ... i emailed got no response then i called the call centre and they said no the application is in progress that was yesterday ... this morning i called again and i asked if this is not s same day payout system ... then the agent said it depends .. which i still don't understand as that is not what they advertised .. then she says i need a paid up letter for one account which is not even on my credit record ... I would like to make a note that in 2015 or 2016 was the last i made a loan at boodle so after all these years i made one again ... NO one contacted me to say i need a paid up letter for some attorneys that does not even reflect on my credit record as i check my credit record and i have access to it any time.. if i didn't call they would not have called regarding this and i would still be waiting to hear if i will get this loan... but i have cancelled the loan.. its really socking the services you get now a days and the agents don't really care to assist. so sad
I have no words customer agents never respond after 5 , there is so much i have to say but i think the most frustrating part is ... HOW CAN YOU NOT HAVE A WAY OF CHANGING A WIFI PASSWORD ?????? i phone for 3 months and the last guy told me i must give him my new password and it will be changed within 24-48 hours , i phoned again a week a later and another agent told me no there is no way to change you password , the password i gave the agent a week before is for future (meaning if they find a way in the future to change the password then they will use that password to change my password ... DOES HAT EVEN MAKE SENSE ... !!!!!!!!
I just wanted to share my experience with african bank , i made an application and it was up and down for a few days until i laid a complaint , But i would like to say THANK YOU to KABELO that assisted my and made the process so much easier and my issue was sorted out in no time . I think she is in complaints department, Also phones and kept me in up to date on things and made sure that my documents got to the right place in order to sort out my issue as quickly as possible . Thank you Kabelo keep up the great service
Absa should really UP there game i never came across a bank where applying online would be so difficult , I applied last week friday , Since Monday it was a back and forth story .... so frustrating ,, Monday i was told by Thursday i would have an answer , Tuesday i was told to submitt bankstatment and then Friday i would have an answer . Yesterday i was told they busy with my application, this morning i was told all documents are there , but i need to send my marraige certificate because my payslip had my new surname on , but mind you my ID and Bankstatement and my account i have with absa is all on my maiden surname .... i spoke to about 6 different consultants and everyone said my documents are fine this morning i need to hear this nonsense of marraige certificate and all info is already on the system under my account with absa... and to top it all off my application was not even worked on ... a full WEEK i had to phone up and down to see confirm that absa received my documents so that the consultant can attached it to my application... ABSA PLEASE GET WITH THE PROGRAMME I am sure there is a better way of doing online loan applications that makes it easier and quicker ... I have cancelled my application.
