Not only has the pizza prices increased and the pizza quality decreased...BUT........I have been treated really poorly by the brand itself. It is so bad it has completely put me, friends and family off completely. I won a voucher for Debonairs, given to me by the official Facebook page. When I tried to use the voucher, something went wrong. Then I was told it was already used. In a different province....I was never compensated and was completely ignored. I don't think a reputable company associated to a brand should behave in this manner. It has been weeks now and I know a friend who had a similar experience with a voucher. The official brand gave her a voucher that was invalid and alread used. I have proof of all of this..... I think that Debonairs has poorly outsourced their social media to a company who dosen't put in much effort. They are ruining the reputation of the entire company. We used to really like the brand and pizza. After this experience I don't know what is happening. I have tried to get in touch with a manager and escalate this but I have been ignored on all social platforms, filled in a contact form via the website and I am still being ignored. In fact, everyone gets replied to BUT ME. Thanks
I was scammed via an official online page and I have lost complete and utter trust in this brand. I have done everything in my power to escalate this and contact the head of marketing in South Africa to understand what is going on. I have received official messages via the page and another official page and I am getting DUPED badly. Need assistance form the OFFICIAL marketing team-thank you
EMI Elevators has been "fixing" our lifts. We are homeowners, we pay a lot of money in levies. Today my partner got stuck in the lift for over an hour. Last week a woman got stuck for over an hour in the lift and her daughter of 8 or 9 was trying to help her. There are OLD people and SICK people living here and no one wants to take accountability. Whatever the issues are between the building and your company, it should not be our problem. Residents are now scared to go in the lifts and there are 20 floors. There are residents who suffer from all sorts of ailments and illnesses. THIS IS A SAFETY RISK. This is completely "ABNORMAL", I have lived, worked, visited tons of buildings during my life-time and people continuously getting stuck is NOT NORMAL or ACCEPTABLE. There are essential workers in this building who NEED to get to work on time. We can't play "Russian roulette" with our day and times every time we go in the lifts. This should be taken extremely seriously and PAYING residents and homeowners, should feel safe. There are medical emergencies that have taken place and this is becoming a DANGER ZONE. The "call out guys" are just workers doing their jobs and they are pleasant but they shouldn't be taking the brunt for the whole company. All complaints fall on deaf ears......I am willing to take this further....... I expect this to be looked into as a matter of URGENCY.
I have always had good experiences with Vodacom up until recently. I am "pay as you go" and my airtime was disappearing badly. I had no idea what was happening and then I found out the same thing happened to a friend of ours who is nearly 70. He figured out he was subscribed to things he never signed up for. I investigated this myself and I found this was happening to me. I never ever authorised any sort of things, I have NO idea how I was signed up to so many things. I had NO idea. I think this is absolutely disgusting especially this year when peoples resources are so scarce. I am wondering why Vodacom is stealing peoples airtime. I had NO idea I was signed up for things and I am pretty techno savvy so how many old people etc are having their airtime disappear. I sorted the issue out myself but I WANT compesanation for my airtime that I lost. I now have no airtime for season and I was saving my airtime.
I have been trying to cancel my Telkom account. I understand the way to do this is to register with My Telkom. The portal dosen't seem to be working, I registered and now it won't let me in. How am I meant to cancel my Telkom line this is urgent and I know people go back and forth with this for months. My isp told me to email ********** which bounces. Why does this need to be so difficult please can I get urgent assistance ASAP thanks
Terrible service. I by mistake efted the wrong amount on Saturday night. I had 2 zeros there by mistake. I panicked and called consultants. I got terrible service and it makes me want to change banks. 1. I was first told by a very cold horrible agent to fill our a recall form and she was vague gave me NO information and sent me a form which was not explained how to fill it out and there was NO email address to send it back to. I called again and I got another agent and I asked him for help to fill out the form, he told me the form wont help me and to contact the company which was Telkom directly for my money back. I am so DISGUSTED AT THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE AND THE LACK OF HELP FROM MY BANK considering I have been with FNB for years and I have been super loyal. I am disgusted to the max and now I am in a bad situation where my OWN BANK WONT EVEN HELP ME. Surely someone can contact Telkoms financial department and make sure I get my money back. I now have no money in my account.
No internet for over 24 hrs and Telkom call center tells me to call open serve. Need urgent assistance ********** 710 asap thanks
My internet has been off since yesterday. Nearly 24 hrs now. Agents have messed with my router settings till Telkom told me they were wrong. I have contacted openserve who tells me web africa needs to help me. 24 hrs no work no pay and there is no urgency on there side. They tell me to move over to fiber but I need to fix the problem. I have lost a ton of cash and need serious help urgently. Please I have contacted telkom and open serve direcly which is apparently not my job. Paying over 800 a month to web africa yet no sense of urgency for a client. Throws open serve under the bus and dosent help me.
I logged a request for a line removal was told in 48 hours someone would contact me yet NO ONE has contacted me. It has been more than 48 hours. PLUS the online chat function tells me that sales does not have an online chat function. I can't get hold of anybody and I don't have a landline so I can't call 1023 and wait for 10 years. I just need confirmation and someone to speak to re moving my line. I am trying to get help and no one is available to help me, I am getting ignored on Twitter and Facebook too. I work from 2 pm and I am not available if I did happen to miss the call, is there no way someone could help me over emaill? My reference number is ********** 943 I am also trying to confirm the price (apparently it is free) is this correct? Also I WORK FROM HOME NO WORK IS NO PAY so I need to sort this out. I am trying to get answers, I am only moving to the NEXT DOOR BUILDING at the end of the month. Impossible to get hold of anybody
We are signed up with Hollard Legal and its been a big joke. We want to cancel it as they are seriously wasting out time and money. We bf who signed up has not gotten his papers yet, even though they have debited him. When I ask for help on Facebook I am asked for the policy number , when I CLEARLY stated , we do not have the papers. For the first 3 months we are meant to have access to advice and consult and we do not even know who to CONTACT. I have left a hellopeter review ect and I have never been dealt with in such a sloppy manner. Seems like they want to get you signed up and then keep debiting you and discarding you. HOW IS THIS LEGAL IN ITSELF HAHAH lol
