We went to Nedbank Wonderpark 4 times with documents to change the signatories on our NPO account.VLU Jakaranda Streek. When the branch staff were happy at last with the documentation...We gave the documents to Petrus on 19 May. He said he will forward it for approval it could take 48hours. I also gave him my cell nr to call me when the docs are approved. Keeping in mind...that you cannot call this branch, i had to drive there again after a week passed to find out why I heard nothing from them. I was told that the reason is because they did not getvan answer back yet...i must wait for the call. But now it is nearly 2 weeks later...still nothing from Petrus or anybody at Nedbank Wonderpark. May we please get some feedback! You are waisting my petrol and time to keep on driving to the branch.
Order nr: 132648799 on 18 July, I ordered a black, hand sendor, rechargeable headlight R199. Wrong cheap headlight was delivered and I returned it to takealot. They gave me a refund and I reordered order nr 135073422, 26 Aug, now new price R295 the headlight again! To my disappointment again the same cheap wrong headlight was delivered. I once again returned this and this time called them. Spoken to Tazwell 1Sept, and he promised to find out what is going on and send me the correct headlight. So...on 9 Sept, Tazwell did send me the replacement headlight and AGAIN the same piece of ****! I'm so upset! Every time the sticker on the headlight box is what I ordered, but it looks totally different from what I oreder. I bought a white 1 already last year, and now I want the black one so don't get confused on which one was charged. Takealot can not get this right! So now...I want the correct headlight from takealot for the origional charge of R199 as per my origional 1st order.
Ordered today from Burger King via Mr D. DFD133839659 at Wonderpark Karenpark. No mayo per meal as per request. No ice in pepsi mango as p request. Pepsi mango was close to room temp. Nacho cheese and baco fries, did not have any bacon as p order. And I paid extra for that. Both burgers had pickels and onions but the request was no pickel and no onions. Worst service ever...all wrong. One mistake is possible but so many mistakes in one order!! What was the intention of this? Sabotage of the compamy? Is there any trained employee there that can understand the orders? Where is management? Very disappointed!!!

I've called and were put through to many people and holding forever to get assistance. I'm receiving another customer's smses. Salary, debit orders, place of employment shows, vehicle installments.... No one at the given nr on the sms 0860123107, could assist. Jabulani Cambaco were clueless of how to log the complaint, again tried to transfer me to the complaints department. While holding there were option to choose. I kept on pressing the option I need but was in a loop. The options just keep on repeating. No Standard bank! Why can you not solve a simple problem?

At Pretoriuskop in KNP. We were eating there our last night 12/12/2021 before we go back home the next day. A treat for my family. Suddenly while we were eating the lights was switched off and all the staff went sitting outside just after 20h00. We finished eating in a hurry because it seems like they are closing now. The 10 year old child was getting scared. The exit door was partially closed and when we got outside I asked them about closing time because at reception when we booked in they said Wimpy's closing time is 21h00. So the guy that served on us said...if there is no customers they are locking early...I asked him...so what are we? He could not even answer me. This was a serious bad experience and I regret taking my family to that Wimpy🥺 could have rather got something from the shop.

The rewards company already found the complaint in my favour after listening to the recording. Every time I'm enquiring about the delay i just get a new ref and saying someone will call me...i called and it is expected that i need to hold on for more than a half an hour to speak to cancellations. I did not take that contract and vodacom can cancel it themselves. Its over R4000 now already. Just give me my money back vodacom. I saw the complaint and results on your system. I included the last ref nr.
I've been struggling to get an incorrect sale R440p.m cancelled on my name since 7/2020 J06259. The rewards company doing sales on their behalf made a mistake, and after investigation listening to the conversation, the case was decided in my favour Ref nr J07689. After several follow-ups from my side... the lady Nobuhle assisted me on 11/8 and said they will pay back my money after they collected the Item from me in about 4-5 days. My address and contact details was confirmed...so needles to say the box with items is still in my house 8 November, and not collected, and I'm still paying monthly. I need to know from Vodacom...you are taking my money every month for a contract I did not agreed to...so please take up your responsibility for your rewards company. Come collect the item and give back all my money please.
