I booked a package that was to be sent to me, 3 days later I received the wrong package, although the couriers were quick to find my package, which was still in the locker where it was deposited, I was still charged, I have sent many many e mails and messages to be credited but no one has bothered to get back to me, I suppose that is how they make their money, *****ing
Slowest courier company ever, they say package in transit from Jhb Witbank to from 7 June to 10 June, they must be walking, suppose i have to wait another week for delivery to Bronkhorstspruit
This was my review a while ago, which still hasn't been resolved, they send some stupid review and say someone will contact you, but nothing, this is plain theft and trying to collect as much interest from your money as possible, this matter will now be handed over to the office of the consumer goods and services ombud. I submitted my forms in 1st of November 2024 after being told that a credit was due to me as I had paid cash for a medical procedure and hospital stay. I was then told that they needed further forms which U submitted and the claim was appproved on 21st November 2024, since then I have been calling daily as no payment has been **** and all i am told is that they dont know why and its not in their hands so no one can help, goodness, how long am I going to wait, I had to pay R68000 odd thousand and now that they have to pay a few rands back, nobody can help, i have to start paying debts back but all I get is, o we dont know why

Not even one star, I orderd flowers from my son in America to his wife, I did on my account as he did not have one, what a dissapointment when nothing was delivered, she waited all day and could not spend time with her own mother, if there was a problem, you could have contacted me, what a waste of a day and a disappointment all because of useless people like you, the poor lady is alone because of her husband not being there and now her special day was made worse because of you
This is the e mail I sent to slumberland and have not received any response, a person tries to be decent before the name and shame thing but it seems theres no other way now, We purchased a Slumberland Omega queen mattress and base round about 2019 from Lewis stores Bronkhorstspruit. From the first day the springs started to pop, we contacted Lewis as the bed was under their insurance and after a long battle lasting 3 years it was finally replaced with a Slumberland Romeo pillow top in August 2022, I am sorry to say that this is the worst mattress I have ever come across, when turning around at night it makes such a noise that it wakes the whole household, it is terribly misformed like the springs are sticking through. Since the bed has been paid off at Lewis there is no longer insurance.
We purchased a Slumberland Omega Queen bed an base set from Lewis Bronkhorstspruit , plus minus 3 years ago. We were forced to take insurance on the bed as we are still paying it off. From the first night we slept on the bed the springs started popping, we complained about this and we were told the bed would be replaced, since then we have gone back to the store and complained every month, but it seems as soon as we leave the store they forget about the complaint or couldn't be bothered, but we are forced to pay every month.
I have been informed today that my account is in arrears for December2020 this news comes 5 months later (now in May 2021) after I have visited a store and called every month to find out my balance and paid without skipping a payment for 15 odd years. I have also requested that all my numbers be consolidated to one account and I was assured they were all on one account but I still receive 2 accounts every month. Every month my phones are cut off and i have requested that all debit orders be cancelled as I am paying cash, but still I am being charged debit order fees. Could somebody please sort out this mess on my account asap. There seems to be confusion as MTN staff are unable to do basic allocation and charges are then just added as they wish. I have sent proof of payment various times but nothing is done. I am furious as this takes up a lot of my time and every month I am given a different reason for my phones being cut off.
I upgraded my contract on 01/08/20. Since the upgrade all my incoming calls show unknown. After numerous calls and phone settings , I was told it was a setting from MTN side that needed to be logged and it would take 2 to 72 hours to be rectified. Well its a week later now and still nothing. It doesn't even help phoning because nobody knows whats going on. I was also told I would receive 20 gigs once off with my upgrade and also nothing.
Good day I applied for a loan last week and have submitted all my documents and have had no feed back after numerous calls. I have however received voice messages but my phone does not ring. I have been told to wait for a call from you but only receive a message saying I must call the call centre, where nobody seems to help me. Please assist asap Thank you B Lotheringen
