I am so unhappy I can't even explain how I feel....... I was approved for R35 000 HP on my lounge suite. So I clearly asked the sales lady which is one of the friendliest and best I ever had if there would be ANY deposit, which she came back NEVER said to me that she will only know when I am there she said NO, so I went all the way to the Festival Mall Bradlows and chose my set which I really liked and had my heart on it, just for her to say I need R2000 deposit!!!!! Seriously if she said that in the begining I wont even went to the shop because yes I can afford it, but cant afford a deposit of R2000.
On my previous review, to make it even better they concluded the query and kept the other fan without bades so I paid for 2 and only got 1!!!! dont even have the decency to let me know that the query has been concluded. I feel that is very unfair towards a customer
Order #168535062 Ordered 18 Dec 2024 I have bought 2 fans in one box thought what a barain then I can give one to my parents one to my parents in law for christmas. Just to realise the one didnt have blades so I had to rush to buy another one to give them their present. NOW take alot wants everything in the box back as i already assembled and gave the fan to my parents. I didnt even complain about the water that I bought 3 cases where 6 bottles where leaking and I had to throw them away. PATHETIC of you to think that I am going to ask the fan back that I gave for Christmas
Good day, We at the office bought 4 big slabs of Caramelle Cadbury and when we opened it, it was white as if it was old. I have not taken a photo and we threw the chocolates away. I brought it under their attention and they just refuse to send new ones or a voucher or refund. I will in future not buy cadbury's
I buy every month for the family 6 x 6L long life milk, as this month comes I open the one and it smells and tastes funny 2nd and 3rd one as well so I had to give all 6 to the dogs and buy new ones as I couldnt use it for myself or the kids. I complained and because I didnt keep the boxes (not thinking to keep it) they just tell me that it is my own fault that I havent kept the boxes for the barcode. I know I should have taken a photo, but for 6 boxes of milk they could have atleast refunded me half. I am very dissapointed
I have sent several emails and several whatsapp's with NO reply from them after reading it. I buy every month for the last couple of years from them for my house R1500-R2000. Last month (Unfortunately I have thrown my receipt away as no one keeps their receipts) I bought again for R1800 and 5kg of my roast beef and 4kg of my boerewors was a DISASTER and nobody gets back to me regarding this. I even used my roast beef for soup and potjiekos and it still as chewy as nothing you can explain. The boerewors skin is so hard you can't bite through it and the meat inside taste like flour......... i don't if you are willing to give me an explanation or just leave it like it is and loose a client that buy from you for years
I am very unhappy as i had a written agreement that i will pay R50more on my installment just to get my account up to date BUT because my pay out is nearly due you guys DONT deduct anymore more money at all and made the policy inactive!!!!!! please rectify or i will take it furthwr this is incompentent for a company like Avbob to do something like this. Good day, I am not someone that usually complain, but it was my honeymoon and saw the room with the swan and the bath and though now this will be what I want for my honeymoon as it is not too far from my home……. NOW you tell me how you would feel….. I couldn’t understand why I paid R419 x 2 instead of R545 + R419 as per my whatsapp message attached….. Let me give you my experience • Got there I get a room NOT made ANY special with a shower instead of a bad so I ask for a special room oooooooooo the lady said I will give you a special room • Get to the room the tv is only on 1 channnel as they gave us the wrong remote and NO coffee facilities as I requested as per the whatsapp attached I did ask for a standing fan as my husband is disabled and cant stand heat as he can have a fit, NO DECENT FAN • Later the evening my husband is craving coffee and as we didn’t get the coffee facilities I go to reception to ask for coffee which I have to pay R15 for and guess what for an ECOTEL there is NO fresh milk my husband don’t drive coffee creamer but that is the best we could do so coffee creamer it will be • I couldn’t take it anymore so as I had to take off my bedding they don’t even take off your bedding or clean towels and I go and speak to the manager…… she apoligises and give us a complimentary breakfast. How special!!!! The night before my husband says to me he smells toast. • Here comes the best off all the toast and food is getting warmed up in from of customers in a microwave NO FRESH MILK, NO BUTTER you get butter as per pic attached in a 1kg tub where 100’s of people already touched. They give you coffee out of a flask!!!!!!!!! NO JAM, ALL JOY tomato sauce and mustard • My husband is allergic to fish………….. guess what is on his place…….. a (*^*( Fish finger SERIOUSLY PEOPLE FOR A ECOTEL!!!!!!!!! Now tell me please if you are going to answer me regarding this experience, because I am really tempted to go to Hello Peter, Lekker slaap and all over to give my experience regarding this weekend!!!!!!
#38126188...... I have placed a complaint on Mondy already where they gav me the reference nr promising me that they will fetch the "old" stock from me. I bought 6 boxes and obviously over the weekend my family had a couple as I had a baby shower and on Monday I complaint because the sachets deflate and the taste is terrible. They phoned me and said it was a batch that was a default and they will collect it. I phoned EVERYDAY and still now NO answer yet!!!!
I always get take aways and my Pick a pay order from MR D, it is just so conviently BUT it is the 3rd time that I get my take away order food in a state that I feel ashamed to serve my people. I have sent MR D the photos how I received my KFC Order since Friday and not have an answer back from them. My mash has been opened in the bag and my burgers and chips was full of mash and my little one had NO Mash and I had to give my husband a burger soaked in mash with his chips
