what a joke, the service from these people is shocking, for the past 2 days i am applying for a phone online, each text i send on whatsapp is responded to after 3 hours , i am on day 2 now , "we will send you a link that expires in 15 minutes" the link has been on the way since Monday, what a wow, why offer service online but you still cant help me, am opting online application because due to the nature of my job i cant go to the shops
