Grumpy nurse
I was quite upset about the negative attitude of one of the nurses at Clicks Kathu clinic (the one in Village mall). She is a coloured lady, I am not sure about her name. She was so hostile and unfriendly, no smile, no conversation just a stiff uncomfortable atmosphere. She didn't even give me a plaster or some cotton wool after the vaccine. I got both doses of my vaccine from her and it was the same on both occasions. I tried being friendly but got no response. She needs to learn how to treat people better

Service and quality
Mc Donalds Kathu's ice cream is getting more and more watery everytime. It used to be so nice and creamy. The workers also all need speech the******s because they speak so soft and unclear, you have to ask again 2 or 3 times what they say. Please make it better...

Aramex courier
I've never had problems using Aramex before until it became available in Checkers Kathu. I don't know if its only the workers for the specific town and shop or what, but service for Aramex drop box from Checkers Kathu sucks. Please fix this, as it's becoming very annoying and inconvenient.

Poor service
PNP Clothing in Kathu, Northern Cape need to up their game please, there is almost no ***l sizes stocked to choose from only here and there in some of the items. Also the store is very disorganised, shelves are over packed with clothes falling off when you browse and clothes laying in a trolley for days now having no other space. The ladies there are also not friendly and seem annoyed and rushed. It seems like there is not enough staff because no one was at the till as well. I wanted to get 2 of the long sleeve tops that is marked 2 for R120 but there was only a shelve full of white shirts and a few small sized blavk shirts. No other colours so I had to leave it. Please make the shopping experience better there coz I love PNP Clothing but these are things that will keep me away...

Bring variety
Why does Ackermans in Kathu, Northern Cape not have all the clothes that I see on their website? They literally don't have any varieties to choose from and also the store is very disorganised.

Know-it-all Intern
Normally I don't have problems with Clicks, but the new intern at Clicks Kathu (the one at the Checkers centre)is really upsetting people. It happened with my father and sister, where he didn't want to give them what they went to get and almost wanting to reason with them about why they want those medications. Before there was no problem when he wasn't there.

Disappearing airtime
I bought airtime 23:30 on 13 jan, i only used my phones gallery after that. About 00:08 i bought a bundle i didn't receive the sms then i checked my balance and the airtime and bundle was not there. I phoned in only to have 2 operators telling me i used the airtime and my phone settings is not right. So basically I'm so stupid not to know i "used" the airtime supposedly and not to know my phone settings. Really now?

No consent for credit check
I have recently downloaded my annual credit report and to my surprise found that a credit check has been done by Lewis Stores in August this year without my knowledge or consent. I have never applied for any credit or even had an account with them, meaning that someone else could have been trying to use my id to get an account. I have emailed the head office about this but nothing has been done. I consider this to be very serious because my identity and credit record is in danger.

Waste of money
While buying popcorn and slush puppies before my movie starts at Nu Metro in Walmer Port Elizabeth mall, the cashier who helped on Tuesday night past 8, broke my debit card which I used to pay for my goods. I had that card for almost 2 years and planned on only replacing it in a few years when it would have expired because it was still in perfect condition. It's R50 to get a new card which is a lot for me for just a card and I told her she would have to refund me for breaking my card and she just laughed which just made me more furious. Needless to say I still have not received my R50 which I would not have needed to spend if it was not for her being wreckless with a customers property. I consider that awful customer service from such a well known company.
